Great stay overall very pretty apartment

Our stay was great the staff at the reception was lovely provided recommendation for restaurants and shops explained everything in detail. Even let us sort out the issue (for us ) that u need to have a credit card for the deposit (for us it was 500€) we were able to pay it in cash and than get it back the sauna and wellness was for us it was mostly empty which I don't it was cause the property hasn't been fully booked but I imagine that if it were fully booked than it might have been a bit small. But it was very nice and clean. Another I would note before our stay I've read in one rewiew that the bunk beds are small, which I disagree wit I'm 185 cm and slept perfectly fine it a normal sized bed. The apartment overall was very pretty and in very good shape(furniture).

Maybe the fact that one of the benches in the sauně was a little loose and creaky was kinda worried if someone is going fall through it but it ended up holding well just a easy for them

we pay a beg amount when we arrive he told me the wifi have problem will be fix tommorow … tommorow he said he fix it but nothing then he said it will not been fix this was the next day at 7 pm and ask us to move to big apartment as comblementary … and he know we are a big family … no person at reception all time .. no one answer the phone all the light close all the time night mare and inside the cabinet there was last guist staff … no master room … no AC … If I need to talk to reception I have to send hem email and wait for 24 hour to get replay … the person at reception should be more polite with visitor … no restaurant in the hotwl no house keeping no room service … its kind of private apartment

Sehr schönes Apartment. Modern eingerichtet. Es war sehr ruhig im Apartment selbst, man hat die anderen Gäste nicht gehört.

Es war rundum schön und angenehm.

Der Skiraum war überfüllt mit Fahrrädern. Beim Melden wurde sofort nach einer Lösung gesucht. Das fand ich toll. Daa Appart ist gut eingerichtet und wunderschön gestaltet.

Der Bodenbelag auf den Gängen ist nicht ideal. Teppich wäre gut, dass es die Geräusche der Rollkoffer besser dämpft. Das Wasser im Pool war viel zu kalt und ich habe ein Sprudelbad vermisst.

Sehr schöne Location mit freundliche Personal.

Kristina, die Reception Leiterin ist sehr freundlich, kompetent und zuvorkommend. Sie ist das Aushängeschild vom VAYA St. Zeno. Wir habe uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch die Küche ist sehr zu empfehlen. Sehr gute Qualität und raffiniert. Auch das Reinigungspersonal ist sehr hilfsbereit! Herzlichen Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt! Wir haben schon für nächstes Jahr wieder gebucht!

Mieszkanie nowoczesne, dobrze wyposażone, w kuchni nic nie brakowało. Piękny widok. Obiekt oddalony 5 minut od centrum (300-400m) stąd w mieszkaniu było komfortowo cicho

Die Lage ist top, Betten bequem

1. Die Wohnung war nicht sauber, überall war Staub und sogar alte pommes frites waren im Backofen. Der Esstisch war klebrig und der Rahmen des Fensters dreckig. 2. Wir waren 4 Personen uns wurde aber nur für 2 Personen der Code für die super Sommer cards zugeschickt. Da mussten wir wieder zur Rezeption. Dann haben wir die Mängel mitgeteilt und darauf hin wollten sie einen Handwerker über der Mittagszeit in unsere Wohnung schicken, damit er dies anschaut obwohl wir den Schaden nicht gemacht haben. Und zu guter letzt, habe sie uns für den Brötchenservice 6 Euro zuviel verrechnet, was für uns bedeutete, wieder zur Rezeption gehen zu müssen und wieder Zeit verloren haben. Entschuldigt haben sie sich auch nicht. Für diesen hohen Betrag haben wir eindeutig eine bessere Leistung erwartet.

Toller Ort für Familienferien

Tolle Lage, schöne Aussicht, schön eingerichtetes und geräumiges Zimmer, gut ausgestattet, grosser Balkon

Nachbarn hatten Fenster/Blick und Zugang zu „unserem“ Balkon und direkte Sicht in unser Zimmer. Das fanden wir etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig und stand so nirgends in der Beschreibung. Aufzug macht höllischen Lärm & hört man bis ins Schlafzimmer, Geruch im Zimmer etwas eigenartig, aber nach jeweiligem Lüften ok. Personal teilweise etwas reserviert. Empfang & Infos an der Rezeption sehr kurz angebunden.

Mooi dorpje. Al meerdere keren geweest. Maar dit appartement/studio is te duur voor de ruimte die je krijgt.

Ligging en uitzicht

Heel krap. Badkamer kon je amper in draaien. Waar bed staat kan je niet rechtstaan. Buiten op terras geen privacy maar 1 doorlopend terras met 2 andere appartementen. Afwasmachine trekt op niets. Slechte prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Nog meer dan 300€ moeten bij betalen voor taks/parking/hond/opkuis… Dus 2300€ voor enkel te slapen voor een week met 2 personen zonder ontbijt/eten in een plaats wat je geen appartement kan noemen. Enkel titel studio waardig..

heerlijk genoten, met een mooi uitzicht op de bergen en op de bergliften!

we hadden een upgrade gekregen naar het andere hotel (st. zeno) omdat de Terrazena dicht was wegens een rustige week. heel fijn personeel dat je met alle vragen kon helpen (sprak zelfs nederlands en vloeiend Engels) de handdoeken werden fijn verschoont en zelfs de prullenbakjes werden geledigd! wij zijn nu al 2 jaar op rij bij Vaya geweest en heel erg tevreden. alles is super netjes en voor alles is gezorgd. keuken is groot genoeg, oven erbij en een perfecte afwasmachine die is groot genoeg voor 1 dag, ideaal dus! st zeno krijgt van ons wel een 9!

de theedoeken was wat dun, die deed niet heel goed afdrogen. daarnaast was het handig geweest als we van te voren wisten dat moesten switchen naar een ander hotel, maar van de andere kant was dit ook wel een leuke verrassing. en het lag om de bocht dus was het geen heel groot probleem.

Het appartement was schoon en vriendelijke schoonmakers!

Het geluid van de lift was vreselijk. Er hangt een briefje dat je die s’ochtends vroeg niet mag gebruiken maar dit wordt wel gebruikt waardoor je wakker word van het geluid.

Fijn verblijf, ruim en net een klein beetje op de rand van het dorpje. Wij vonden het erg fijn. Bedden waren top! Personeel erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk.
