Breakfast is great and the staff was friendly and kind.

The Huamatl is an older building, the rooms were pretry basic. The bathroom was tiny. For one night sleep it was OK, but I would not recommend it for a longer vacation.

- Great location, 50 meters from cablecar (gondel). - Breakfast was above expectation! So many choice. We really liked to make our own fresh vegetable Juice. - Hygienic and spacious room with balcony lookining out over the mountains.

- We did not like the pillows, way to soft. It disturbed our sleep. - Communication could be a bit better. We missed information about where to park. Maybe send people an e-mail before they arrive.

Ernüchternde Erfahrung

Bewertung für Doppelzimmer inklusive Frühstück, im 1. Stock im Gebäude. Zimmer hat 2 Sterne Charme aus den 80er Jahren. Das positive ist das grosse Bad, das Zimmer ist ebenfalls gross genug. Die Einrichtung ist mehr als ungemütlich, für 1 oder 2 Nächte mit Kumpels ok, als Pärchen ungeeignet weil rund um ungemütlich und sehr veraltet eingerichtet. Geräusche aus dem Treppenhaus hört man ungefiltert. Das Frühstück im Haupthaus ist 4 Sterne, da gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Parkplatz vor dem Haus ebenfalls positiv. Würde das Huamatl nicht mehr buchen.

Der Preis den Zustand von Zimmer und Bad als Grundlage nehmend ist in keinster Weise gerechtfertigt, auch nicht für Serfaus.

Das Frühstück war excellent, riesige Auswahl Parkplatz vorhanden

Wir waren in der Dependance untergebracht. Der Zugang mit dem Koffer zur Unterkunft ist sehr steul und der Weg zum Eingang auf dem Gittertost etwas mühsam aber machbar

Es hat mir sehr gefallen (mein 1.Aufenthalt in Serfaus) habe gleich für nächstes Jahr wieder gebucht

Im Studio muss man sich selbst organisieren, das gefällt mir, es hat ja Einkaufläden.

Das Studio ist neu und noch nicht optimal eingerichtet. Doch die Grösse und gute Einteilung sind da, also fehlt nicht mehr viel zum luxus.

C'était notre deuxième séjour et nous reviendrons

Deuxième séjour d'une semaine. Petit déjeuner extraordinaire, excellent accueil avec notre samoyède, personnel très sympathique et aux petits soins, nombreuses randonnées avec le passe télécabine inclus dans la réservation l'été.

tout était parfait vu le tarif du séjour, la proximité des télécabines et des restaurants, le village piétonnier, les magnifiques restaurants d'altitude ainsi que tous les équipements de la station à commencer pour les enfants et les randonneurs.
