The best location for skiing in Serfaus.

Location is the best in Serfaus. Close to the lifts and right above the Ski-depot. Several ski rentals next to the hotel. Sauna and breakfast were good. The room was really large. Our room had an IR-Sauna. Mountain view. Amazing helpful staff. A nespresso coffee maker, refrigerator, safe locker, TV in the room. Arkades, table tennis and some other stuff in the play room.

The small bedroom had lover temperature than the main room. A little dated furniture in the rooms. Sauna is only for adults and kids older 12.

Great Experience, 100 % recommended!

This is already our second year at this place because we enjoyed it last year so much! needless to say, it was amazing! Location is fabulous, right next to the cable car, 3 minute walk. Also close to the shops. The apartment is so nice and airy with 2 balconies with a great view! Even though, it is in a hotel, it feels very private like a apartment in a building, which we loved. For kids, there is a whole amazing playroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would definetely come again next year!

Verry nice stay but too expensive compared to earlier stays in other ski-area's.

Everything was fine, verry nice hotel. But the stay was too expensive given the situation. We have been in other ski-villages in other 4* hotels that where as good as this one but for 3/4 of the prise AND breakfast and diner included.

Really clean hotel, awesome sauna, location, free parking. We liked a place a lot

This was our second time in this hotel. First time was much better. We booked the same option like the first time, but the room was much smaller, without terrase and pretty noisy (we had room next to the elevator, where people often talks). After check in, We asked if we could get better room, like last time. Even the hotel was almost empty, we did not get other room - for a nicer room we had to pay extra 25 euros. I am not sure why we get the nicer room for no money on our first time (just few days before) and we did not get the same quality on our second time in the hotel.

Amazing hospitality

We arrived after check-in time and the reception was already closed but they had left a note at the reception about how to park our car and how to get into the room. This was very well organised. When we checked out we received a “Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis Super. Sommer. Card” that allowed us to roam around with the cable cars in the region. This was the icing on the cake of our stay! That’s why the 10.

When you step foot into this hotel, it feels like a warm blanket of hospitality, joy and plain simple happiness is thrown over you! The staff is very friendly and make you feel like you are a true guest. The room was excellent: spacious, very clean and even equipped with an infrared-cabin. Breakfast is exactly what you expect of a hotel like this: outstanding. Also the situation right next to the cablecar is unparalleled. I can keep on going with describing the excellent childrens playing room, the bar (special thanks to lovely Spanis staff) etcetera, but I guess you get the picture. We definetely think of coming back here in the winter!

We loved everything, one of the best places we ever stayed! Fantastic huge appartement, free sauna, just a few steps from cable cars. Very beautiful design hotel, it should have 5 stars.
