Beautiful location i Serfaus

We got room 302 “familysuite” It was a long dark room under the roof with only a small window. The balcony was locked as it belonged to the neighburg room even though it says on booking.com that all rooms are with balcony. The pool was not as big as on the photoes. The summer card was not included in the room price. All in all not value for money. Try to awoid room 302!

Amazing views and gorgeous rooms!

The rooftop pool and lounge area were beautiful. Rooms (in the new building) were spacious and well planned, with amazing views of the mountains. Breakfast had a good selection for children and adults.

The rooms in the old building did not live up to our expectations, there were no balconies and the interior was quite dark. Overall it did not look like the pictures, but the owners were very accommodating and changed the rooms for us.

The location was superb and the view when the weather broke was exceptional. Friendly staff, clean and decent breakfast. Covered parking for our motorcycles was a bonus. Enjoyed our stay, shame about the weather.

Very Friendly Stuff, well Trained at the Desk, as well as in the Restaurant. They pay attention to Detail. Great Pool to use in the Afternoon or Morning Good View From the Pool

No Half Board option - Few Years ago it was still available, and it was great Limited menu option for Dinner, especially for Vegetarian / Vegan or Fish lovers. The smallest room, is a bit older. If you come here, I advise to pay a little more and get the bigger rooms, worth it ;)

Cozy hotel in the center of Serfaus

Very cozy atmosphere in the family owned hotel located in the center of Serfaus. Helpful and friendly staff made our stay here even better. We stayed in a nice big appartment with two sleeping rooms, two bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. A lot of entertainment and attractions for both adults and children were close by and easy accessible through the use of the lift stations. We recommend hotel Geiger and will consider visiting it again in the future.

A very warm welcome by the receptionist. Hotel and room very beautiful and clean. The rooftop pool is just gorgeous.

The food (breakfast / dinner) does have space for improvement. We had the “Roulade” in the dinner menu, which wasn’ t tasty at all.

Очень уютный по семейному теплый пенсион. Номера небольшие но теплые и уютные. В номере чисто и убираются. При отеле есть сауна и бассейн.

Heerlijk genoten voor een paar actieve dagen in de bergen

We hadden het hotel extra uitgekozen vanwege het zwembad en de sauna, om na een dagje biken nog te kunnen ontspannen en dat heeft aan de verwachting voldaan. Het zwembad is niet groot, maar perfect om een half uurtje te ontspannen in de buitenlucht met een super blik op de bergen. Het ontbijt was ook zeer goed. Onze kamer was groot, recentelijk gerenoveerd, perfect! En super vriendelijke gastgevers.

Het hotel is gericht op gezinnen en mensen die zelf ´s avonds organiseren: er is geen diner, maar je kunt pizzas bestellen, de bar is open maar niet bezet (zelfbediening), er is ook niet altijd iemand aanwezig bij de receptie. Daardoor kunnen ze van de andere kant een goede prijs aanbieden.

Die Lage war perfekt. In der Mitte des Dorfes und doch mit Blick über das Tal und die Berge! Das Frühstück war frisch und lecker, sehr liebevoll angerichtet. Und der Empfang und auch das Personal waren freundlich und wirklich zuvorkommend!

Der Preis war vergleichbar schon sehr hoch, aber das lag sicher an der Haupturlaubszeit...

Matige accommodatie met prima ontbijt.

De locatie was goed en het ontbijt ook. Verder was er een zwembad, maar dat leek niet echt op die van de foto.

We hadden een familie suite, maar zaten weggestopt in een kleine zolder kamer met schuindak en weinig mogelijkheden tot frisse lucht. De kamer was veel te krap voor 4 personen en er waren geen mogelijkheden om te zitten, behalve op bed.

Heerlijk!

We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad, kregen een gratis upgrade (appartement ipv familiesuite), omdat deze beschikbaar was en we langer bleven, voor dezelfde prijs. Echt top!! Geweldig uitzicht, heerlijk ontbijt, goede service, vriendelijk personeel, prachtig zwembad op het dak (niet groot maar heerlijk dat het er is en met mooi uitzicht over de bergen), ook nog een sauna, centraal in Serfaus gelegen (vlakbij de gratis U Bahn), leuke speelplek voor de kinderen. Zowel voor gezinnen, als stellen, andere reizigers, voor iedereen, een aanrader!

Net als alle hotels in Serfaus wel aan de prijs, maar daar krijg je ook zeker wat voor terug. Parkeren op een veldje een straat verderop, 5 minuutjes lopen, op zich niet zo’n probleem want hebben de auto het gehele verblijf niet nodig gehad. Een koekenpan in het appartement niet geschikt voor inductie, vlees bakte voor geen meter .

Geweldig rooftop zwembad met fantastisch uitzicht. Gondelbanen, restaurants en winkel op loopafstand. Zelfs mogelijkheid tot laden elektrische auto.

Die Etagenbetten sind sehr unglücklich gewählt. Das ober ist viel zu hoch und derjenige stößt sich den Kopf, während der unter viel zuviel Platz hat .

Très bon séjour qui pourrait être encore mieux en prenant en compte la clientèle non-germanophone

Je suis motard et d'avoir un parking couvert pour la moto était un énorme + dans mon choix de rester à cet hôtel. J'ai bien aimé la piscine sur le toit qu'il est préférable d'utiliser avant 16 heures 30 si vous aimez nager; après cette heure, vous avez des gens qui viennent avec leurs enfants et qui occupent l'espace sans se soucier de voir qu'il y a un nageur qui fait des longueurs. L'hôtel est très orienté famille en été et je suppose que c'est la même chose en haute saison en hiver. Le petit déjeuner est très complet (même s'il pourrait y avoir un choix de fruits plus substantiel) notamment en cette saison.

1. Le monolinguisme comme si le mot mondialisation n'avait pas pénétré dans ces coins reculés. Bien que le personnel (à la réception parle anglais), rien n'est traduit. Ce serait tellement facile de traduire les règles qui s'appliquent dans les chambres, au sauna ou à la piscine. Mettre une brochure plastifiée faisant la liste des services et des règles de l'hôtel dans chaque chambre n'est pas demander beaucoup notamment si on s'en tient à la Lingua Franca, à savoir l'anglais. La clientèle de l'hôtel à cette époque de l'année était principalement étrangère. Autre service, la liste des chaînes de télévisions disponibles notamment au non-germanophones. 2. J'ai loué une chambre à 3 jours d'écart et les deux fois il n'y avait personne à la réception quand je suis arrivé. Il faut composer le 8 pour leur dire que vous attendez à la réception et la personne se pointe quelques minutes après. Bien entendu, lors du check-out, il y a quelqu'un à la réception pour que vous puissiez régler la facture. 3. L'heure du check-out à 10 heures, c'est vraiment abuser. Première fois que je dois quitter une chambre si tôt. On a le sentiment d'être poussé vers la sortie.
