Great Hotel with incredible friendly staff. Very close to the main ski lift in Serfaus, but at the same time a quiet location. The breakfast was also luxurious and a great way to start the day. Parking available at the hotel, so also a plus.

Exceptional quality at a reasonable price. Highly recommended for winter sports (close to funicular)

The staff was exceptionally friendly, many of them have been with the hotel for many years (which is usually a good sign). The dinner was just fantastic, exceptional quality and taste (which wasn't a surprise after we have learned that their chef joined them from the famous "Schalber" hotel in Serfaus). The hotel is also very close to the Komperdell funiclar, only 2-3 min of walking distance which is very convenient.

The temperature in the wellness area was quite cold, it was not very comfortable to stay there. The saltwater pool was actually very cold and we could not use it at all. Even though we have told the manager about it, on the next day it was still way too cold.

Minor detail: glass doors to the bathroom. The light of the bathroom goes to the bedroom. It’s easy to get confused in the dark and hit the door.

Luxe en gezellige uitvalsbasis voor een weekje op de ski's.

Met het halfpension was zeker niets mis! Uitgebreid ontbijt en er was echt nooit iets 'op'. Het avondeten was heerlijk en gezellig.

Voor après ski hoef je hier niet in de bar aan te schuiven; wel voor een goed glas wijn of cocktail.

Top hotel met goede facaliteiten.

Zeer leuk hotel met goede faciliteiten, locatie dicht bij de skilift. Eten zowel ontbijt als diner erg goed. Welness was erg goed ingedeeld en schoon. Elke dag weer opnieuw genieten.

Parkeren bij het hotel is mogelijk, er bleek echter ook een privé parkeerplek in de parkeergarage te zijn die je kunt reserveren voor 10 euro per nacht. Dit was ons niet helemaal duidelijk.

Hotel con habitacion amplia, limpia y moderna. Spa y piscina exterior maravilloso.

Hotel con instalaciones muy buenas. La habitacion amplia y con bano y ducha modernos y funcionales. Spa con piscina exterior caliente con vistas a la montana maravilloso. Desayuno muy bueno tambien.

Nos faltaron zapatillas para ir a la piscina y spa. El Spa esta ubicado en 3 plantas diferentes conectadas por un ascensor propio, pero esto hace que no sea lo mas confortable y quiza se usa menos por esa razon.

Wir waren schon oft in Serfaus und nun zum widerholten Male im Jennys Schlössl. Freundlichkeit, Sauberkeit, Qualität des Essens gepaart mit einer tollen Wellnessanlage. Für uns das beste Hotel in Serfaus.

Heerlijk hotel met vriendelijk personeel.

De locatie! Dicht bij de liften! En we konden vroeg inchecken. Wel moesten we daar €25 per persoon direct cash voor afrekenen.

Badslipper voor de wellness zou fijn zijn. En het ontbijt zou wat vroeger mogen.
