We didn't want to leave

The staff are all very friendly and welcoming, making the stay even more enjoyable. The food was super and they changed some dishes to cater for vegetarians too. The hotel has lockers near the ski lifts, which stores skis, boot warmers, glove warmers etc, so there is no need to carry them far. Afternoon snacks and drinks are plentiful and are actually available all day.

Amazing hospitality. The staff even prepared beautiful birthday surprises for my girlfriend and sang her happy birthday with some sparkling wine presents!!!

Excellent food, very friendly staff

Hotel Castel has great staff, clean and comfortable rooms and amazing food at breakfast and dinner. Just a short walk to the subway that takes you in 5 minutes to the ski lifts. I would come back any time here.

Sehr Gastfreundlich, haben uns immer sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr ein familienfreundliches Hotel. Das Essen mit Halbpension war hervorragend. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder. Das Hotel ist sehr grosszügig

Geweldig!! Wat is het daar mooi! En een heel fijn Hotel

Er is een fijne sfeer in het hotel, en het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het dorp is auto luw en er is een fijne parkeer garage voor de auto tijdens je verblijf van het hotel. Met de U, de gondelbaan en de benenwagen kom je overal. Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis. De super sommer cart is te gek. Gratis U, en gondelbaan.

Het dorp is auto luw, dus de auto gebruik je niet tijdens je verblijf, maar het hotel ligt hoog op de berg. Wanneer je slecht ter been bent is de klim naar het hotel best zwaar vanuit het dorp.
