Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo czysto, fajny basen, super śniadania i bardzo miły personel. Duży pokój z idealnym tarasem. Bardzo fajne pomieszczenia dla dzieci - dobrze zadbane. Sommer Card jest bardzo przydatny i bardzo fajnie ze jest w cenie. Ogólnie dobry hotel. Serfaus to jest raj dla rodzin z dziećmi

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, nett und hilfsbereit. Das Köhle können wir nur weiterempfehlen. Deshalb dreimal Daumen hoch. Das reichhaltige Frühstück hat alles erfüllt was das Herz begehrt. Es hat an nichts gefehlt.
