Everything was perfect!

It was a very accommodating and enjoyable experience. The hotel manager was very attentive and helped with organizing a massage in neighboring hotel and also let us use their facilities on the day of departure after a day in bike parkt. We are very grateful!

Great selection of food. Room was very spacious and had a nice interior design. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Park Spots very close by. Great Hotel with a very good location in Fiss (Supermarket / Pharmacy 100m away).

one of the saunas wasn't working, would have loved to use it as well. More frequent refill of some things at the breakfast buffet (e.g. regular Milk / Croissants). Would have loved to have a bigger time frame to use the spa (open earlier).

A gem of a hotel in beautiful Fiss!

We’ve returned from the most wonderful family break. The staff and facilities at Sedona Lodge were wonderful, which made our stay so comfortably and enjoyable.

Great price/quality in the most kids-friendly ski resort I've ever been

Great price/quality: nice rooms, a small but cosy spa, friendly staff, great breakfast buffet, a shuttle brining you to the ski lift every morning without waiting... My daughters and I loved it. I've been to 30+ ski resorts, and Serfaus Fiss Ladis must be the most kids-friendly ski resort I've ever been. Incredible!

Great hotel with wonderful views, modern interior design as well as exceptional service.

The breakfast was exceptional! We had a tour through the breakfast done by the staff which was really friendly. Coffee, fresh juices and comfortable eating area)

Superb

Very comfortable hotel starting with the parking with direct access with the elevator to the penthouse on the 5th level. The rooms are well equipped with everything you need during a stay. The wellness area with the pool and saunas will let you calm down after a active day. The breakfast was always perfect with delicious local food.

Lovely, modern and homie place

The spa section of the hotel is extremely nice and well thought out. Little snacks and tea by the saunas is something that I didn't know I needed in my life, but I guess I do now. Rooms are incredibly cozy and the view from the balcony in the morning is amazing.

Geweldig mooi hotel op top locatie met geweldige service.

Goede locatie, shuttle service naar de skilift (t is niet ver maar wel de berg op) parkeren recht voor de deur, erg vriendelijke bediening, top ontbijt, schone mooie kamers, voldoende handdoeken etc, mogelijkheid tot hebben van diner enkele avonden per week, mooi zwembad en sauna.

Tja, ik kan maar 1 puntje bedenken en dat is elke dag aanvulling van de koffie cups op de kamer. (die moet je nu na de 1e dag kopen)

Zeer fijn verblijf in een luxe omgeving

Alles netjes verzorgd en een uitstekend ontbijt. Wij verbleven en een studio, zeer netjes en alles voorhanden

De algemene verzorging en vriendelijk personeel. De privé taxi van het hotel bracht ons elke ochtend fijn kostenloos naar de skilift echt een plus punt.

Entspannter Urlaub in den Bergen mit hervorragendem Gastgeber

Hervorragendes Frühstücksbuffet mit täglich wechselnden Speisen. Dazu ein Spa mit tollem Ausblick in die Berge und eine tolle Lage neben Supermarkt und Skilifts. Das Team um die Gastgeberin war zudem sehr zuvorkommend und hilfreich bei all unseren Fragen und Anliegen.

uitstekende douche, goed bed, ruime kamer, goed ontbijt, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Eigen shuttlebus naar de skilift, wat heel handig is. Overdekte parkeergarage zonder extra kosten - ook heel handig. Dit hotel is een aanrader.

Geen restaurant / diner beschikbaar op de avonden dat wij er waren. Er zijn wel restaurants op loopafstand.

Perfektes Hotel für den Winterurlaub

Wirklich super Hotel. Alle Mitarbeitenden sind sehr, sehr freundlich, engagiert und hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich willkommen. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet. Das Hotel ist ideal für den Winterurlaub. Die Talstation in Fiss ist super zu Fuß zu erreichen, alternativ bietet das Hotel auch einen privaten Transfer an.

so macht Skiurlaub in Fiss wirklich Spaß

das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen, sehr vielfältig, frisches Brot / Zutaten und tolle Müslis, Wellnessbereich sehr stimmig und schön eingerichtet und die Sauna mit 90 Grad auch perfekt. Tüpfelchen war der morgendliche frühe Shuttle zur Talstation. Kommen wieder.

Schöne Gegend, schönes Hotel, ungünstige Zimmerlage

Das Hotel ist sehr stylisch und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das Abendessen war zu schlicht und nicht überzeugend. Zumal auch der Preis dafür zu hoch war. Größtes Problem für uns war der morgens um 5 Uhr einsetzende Verkehrslärm, da unser Zimmer an einer Abzweigung im Dorf und am Berg lag. Hier wird richtig Gas gegeben und gebremst, ein geöffnetes Fenster ist nicht möglich und auch bei geschlossenem Fenster war der Lärm zu groß.
