Family apartment is big, beautiful and clean. Beds are super comfy and the breakfast is delicious. The staff is really helpful. The apartment is located close to the ski lift and has a comfortable pool and wellness area. I would definitely recommend others to stay here.

The whole hotel, inclusive apartment, is too warm. Temperatuur in the apartment is never below 23 degrees (even when we put thermostate completely down), and temperature in rooms can't be regulated independently. Only way to lower the temperature is by opening the windows, which is not really climate friendly.

Benjamin Rimmi, the Manager, deserves special mention for all his help, efficiency, friendliness and professionalism. Nothing was too much of a problem and he contributed positively to our stay. Thank you Benjamin. The position of the hotel overlooking the village of Serfaus is excellent. Our room was exceptional and had the most amazing view. The spa facilities would have been fantastic, if they had been open and the pool not swamped with screaming children. The restaurant is fine for one evening meal. Otherwise, the menu choice seemed quite limited and the service left something to be desired.

Not all of the staff were helpful. Curious attitude of the waitress in the restaurant to not wishing to clear our plates at the end of the meal. A "Computer says 'no'" attitude prevailed: eg. when enquiring as to whether there were rooms available at other times, it was a blank "no, there are no rooms we can offer you" rather than you may be able to find rooms available on the property management's travel agent website @ sunweb.com. It took Benjamin, the manager, 5 seconds to point that out despite several minutes of my enquiring of the receptionist in disbelief that the hotel was fully booked at all other times. Hotel spa area was not fully open and no spa treatments available, presumably because it was the summer. The hotel pool is very small and became full quite quickly with screaming, excited children. Perhaps not a great place to go as an adult couple during school summer holidays. I'd imagine Xmas and half-term skiing would not be great either unless you like the "kinderhotel" ambience (ie. the near constant sound of crying babies and toddler tantrums).

Beds are the best, the garage is so organized, it has a beautiful view from front balconies, they provide summer cards. Furniture and appliances are modern which make apartments so comfortable. Bathrooms are nice and big.has a lift.certainly I would come again.

reltively far from town center and metro stations, the breakfast are good but does nt have alot of variety, not very suitable for old people who can not easliy walk.

Very nice apartment, however you the kitchen equipment etcetera is very basic. Also the bathrooms were relatively small compared to the size of the bedrooms and living room. Balcony was way too big, therefor not cosy.

Fantastisch echt heerlijk

Wat een mooie accommodatie. We kwamen aan na een dramatische dag met files en kregen te horen dat we een upgrade hadden gekregen, zo ontzettend fijn appartement met z’n vieren. Ruime kamers, goede faciliteiten, geen herrie of overlast van buren en een mooie wellness. Het ontbijt is prima maar ik zou net zo goed voor de broodjes service kiezen dan maak je wat meer gebruik van je appartement. Het personeel is heel vriendelijke (bijna allemaal Nederlands) en helpt graag bij verzoeken. Liften zijn ongeveer 10 min lopen, prima te doen!

Als ik iets moet benoemen is het zwembad wat iets aan de koudere kant is (maar nog steeds prima is hoor) en de koffie automaat vervangen voor betere cappuccino’s. Doet niks af aan ons verblijf was echt een dikke 10.

Heerlijk!

Het was een fijne locatie, maar wel een stijl stukje omhoog vanuit het dorp. Goede bedden. Ruim appartement.

Op de foto geen stapelbed gezien. Ook geen duidelijk beeld dat deze in dezelfde kamer als een tweepersoonsbed stond. Dit had ik liever in 2 aparte kamers gehad. De badkamers waren enorm warm en we konden de kachel daar niet lager zetten.

Super Apartment mit mittelmässigem Frühstück / Abendessen im Hotel

Die Ausstattung des Penthouse Apartments ist wirklich klasse. Die Lage ist zentral aber trotzdem sehr ruhig.

Frühstück war nicht zu diesem Niveau passend, es war eher eine Enttäuschung. Nächstes Mal machen wir selber Frühstück. Abendessen war auch Mittelmässig aber dafür 20-30% teurer als in Serfaus selber. Kellner redete sehr gebrochen Deutsch und hat unsere Bestellung nicht korrekt aufgenommen.

Een aanbeveling voor een ieder die Oostenrijk naar gaat

Het personeel was uiterst behulpzaam, tijdens de verlenging was de huishouding (Carmen) zo behulpzaam dat wij meteen van de ene kamer naar de andere kamer over konden gaan! Normaal staat daar 4 uur voor! De gastheer (Carlos) een enorm fijn persoon die je altijd met een glimlach ontvangt! De studenten van de Nederlandse hotelschool waren uiterst vriendelijk en evenals Carmen en Carlos behulpzaam! De kamers waren schoon en het ontbrak ons aan niets! Het eten was heerlijk en prijs kwaliteit meer dan goed. De chef-kok was meer dan bereid om voor onze oudste zoon net iets meer op te scheppen, waarvoor dank. Kortom een enorm heerlijk verblijf en het feit dat we hebben verlengt zegt genoeg.

Dat we niet langer konden bijboeken in het grotere appartement :-)

Sehr freundliches Personal, regelmässig wurden Handtücher gewechselt und der Müll geleert (kennen wir sonst so nicht bei Ferienwohnungen). Sehr grosszügiger Wellnessbereich.

A ship without a captain

Ons verblijf was prima. Keurig hotel, mooi ingericht, prima ligging. Mag ook wel want de prijs is niet mals. Maar… er zijn enkele opmerkingen. Wellness Het wellness gedeelte wordt niet beheert. Het is een ruimte waar vrij rondgelopen wordt, kinderen lopen overal vrij rond, ook in sauna afdeling en if rustigere zones. Vielde eerder als een pretpark dan een wellness aan. Nergens personeel, geen handdoeken, … Restaurant We boekten specifiek buiten het centrum. Wetende dat er een schijnbaar prima restaurant in het hotel is. Op dinsdag willen we booken. Ging niet. Er is iemand ziek. Woensdag idem. Donderdag idem. Na wat online opzoekingen merken we dezelfde reviews maar al 4 maanden geleden. Blijkbaar is er personeel tekort en is het restaurant enkel voor halfpension. Beetje sneu dat dit niet gecommuniceerd wordt bij de booking en al helemaal niet ok om elke dag wandelen gestuurd te worden zonder open communicatie. Uiteindelijk zelf om een kleine compensatie gevraagd en gekregen (1x gratis ontbijt voor 4 personen) Het (zeer jonge) personeel doet oprecht hun best. Je voelt wat onervaring aan en gebrek aan leiding of management. Het voelt een beetje als een stuurloos schip. Hopelijk zijn er geen ijsbergen op hun traject. De minder fraaie teviews nemen helaas wel toe online

Comfortabel, plezierig en goed geregeld.

Royaal en goed geoutilleerd appartement. Jammer dat er geen theepot was. Mooi schoon. Schoon en verzorgd zwembad/sauna.

Voor een appartement voor 8 personen is de keuken erg klein Wanneer je gescheiden afval wil inzamelen, biedt dan ook de mogelijkheden aan in het appartement. Waarom betalen voor de parkeerplaats, dit kan toch in de royale huurprijs verwerkt zijn? De dames van de receptie hebben een enigszins ‘lik op stuk beleid’. Altijd een antwoord klaar zonder echt te helpen. Dit is niet gastvrij en soms ietwat brutaal.

Prachtig appartement, matige ligging

Prachtig Penthouse met complete keuken, mooie woonkamer en prachtig balkon rond heel het appartement.

Er mocht wel meer gedaan worden aan het wisselen van de handdoeken. Alleen op woensdag is de wisseldag. Ontbijt is zeer prijzig, €25 p/p. Het laatste stuk lopen naar het hotel is geen pretje, een heel steile helling. Dit weerhoud ons om volgend jaar terug te gaan. Ook het eten viel ons wat tegen, alleen een menu, nooit a la carte

ZEER SLECHTE EN ONBESCHOFTE ORGANISATIE.

Ruimte appartement

Organisatie SCHANDALIG! Overal bekend dat 15-19 januari geboekt is op deze locatie. Zij hanteren in hun systeem 16-20 MAAR ik kreeg bijna 1000,- BOETE omdat we 15 januari hebben aangegeven niet te arriveren omdat onze vlucht gecanceld was vanwege weersomstandigheden en we op 16 januari zouden arriveren omdat we met de trein kwamen. 19 januari uitgecheckt. Op 14 januari alle contactgegevens van alle personen doorgegeven wat heel veel werk was in het Vaya systeem. Uiteindelijk wéér alles opnieuw moeten doen bij aankomst wat heel veel tijd vergde. Hoe kan het als je alles volledig betaald hebt maar er de eerste nacht geen gebruik van maakt dat je een no show boete krijgt? En dan nog wel van bijna €1000,-. Wat een SLECHTE ORGANISATIE EN BEDRIJF.
