There is a lot to write. Its dirty. Its stinks of pee at the stairs. It is very2 dirty. Your socks turn black by stepping on the floors. The pillow the beds is so old need changing. The kitchen is oily Overall is in a very bad condition. The heating was not on. I called and WA no reply. It was 2 in Edinburgh that time. We booked thru website for 4 nights but i have requested for another night which i pay the property directly. I was promised that they will amend the booking for me. We checked out the same night. I msg them so many time via WA and emails. NO RESPONCE AT ALL. What is more disappointing is how did booking.com even let this kind of property on the market since at the reviews that was written. After 2 weeks this problem still hanging. Still no response from them or booking.com

Good location for the work site we were attending, good central heating system as was cold when staying.

Booking.com pictures didnt really reflect the actual property, poor shower flow rate

The beds were comfortable.Hall was big.

1) Uncleaned house before handing over 2) Kitchen utensils were not cleaned after previous stay use 3) Kitchen floor and hall was sticky. 4) Shared some photos on the first day and no one addressed them

absolutely nothing

it’s was filthy, floors had not been cleaned, sticky residue on the living room floor and bedside cabinets. putrid smell throughout the flat even with all the windows open. the outside area was grim with beer bottles and discarded shopping trolleys. the entrance and the stairwell was disgusting I was mortified for my family and do not recommend. have sent pics to the owner but no response.

The apartment was big and spacious, the beds were comfy, large bathroom, great location for us getting where we needed to. We would definitely stay here again

Nothing to do with the property but around 11pm there was lots of banging up and down the stairs (this was a Saturday night though)

There is no plug in the bathroom sink, could not find a tin opener. Could possibly put some coat hooks by the entrance?

It was close to a nice park

This was not suitable for families with young children. The close leading up to the flat was terrible and the flat itself was not clean which is important at the best of times but especially just now with Covid. Our children were playing in the living room and police were phoned for the noise so the children were very upset especially as the were not really making too much noise. The surrounding area and block of flats is extremely run down. Would not recommend and feel that it is way overpriced

Given the wrong lock box combination and took a while to get through to owner to get correct code. No plug or basin to wash dishes.

La calidad- precio es buena, así como una excelente ubicación en un barrio tranquilo.
