A comfortable and spacious base for your family holiday in the heart of Perthshire, the open plan lounge/dining room and kitchen has patio doors leading to a delightful enclosed sunny rear garden which is a lovely place to relax after a day out sightseeing or trying one of the many outdoor pursuits available in this beautiful county of Scotland.

Spittalfield’s history lies in weaving and was a planned village from 1766 with cottages set round the village green. Today there is a great wee café serving delicious cakes and light meals as well as an organic farm shop. 6 miles both ways are Dunkeld and Blairgowrie, each with good shopping, restaurants and excellent golf courses. Fishing is well catered for, with several beats within a local vicinity. This is a perfect location to explore the fine scenery. Whilst in a rural location the cottage is within easy reach of the A9 with Perth, Inverness, Stirling and Edinburgh all within easy driving distance. Pub and restaurant 2¾ miles.
