Perfect!

The apartment exceeded what I expected - as soon as you walked in everything smelled amazing and the place was spotless. Plenty of cutlery/plates/glasses etc. smart tv to keep the kids entertained. The bed was absolutely huge which was a bonus! Perfect location for what we wanted

Seen lots of reviews about a welcome hamper which we didn’t receive but we did have some chocolates on the bed. The shower was too hot - turned on the coldest setting it was too hot for my daughter so we struggled to wash her over the weekend. I think the damage deposit is a little high and with lots of warnings of charges for different things like noise complaints, emptying bins, it can make you feel a bit anxious. I also think it would be useful to leave some spare bin bags for your customers to be able to change the bin more frequently. I also received a £60 parking fine for having the permit upside down - totally my fault but very frustrating that when you go on to pay it says this money will go to the owners? . I’d still return in a heart beat though - it was beautiful!

Besides the heater issue everything was amazing

The rooms were nice and big. Overall the flat was clean

The fact that the heater in sitting area was not working and no one notify us ahead of our arrival and the room was cold.

pleasant place to rest your head but could do with some maintenance checks.

Both bedrooms were spacious and clean. great location with only short distances to beach and shopping. quiet neighbours and easy access as it is a ground floor flat.

Mattresses were uncomfortable and worn from wear and tear, bathroom had mould in the shower and the temperature of water was either too hot or too cold depending on the height of the shower head - no happy medium, the hob in the kitchen did not work even after reading instruction manual and testing several pots to try to make it work and lots of flies appearing every morning and no hot water from tap in kitchen.

Not especially romantic or cosy!

Two rooms meant we could both sleep, and that was great. Very clean. Lovely to have a few treats to eat on arrival.

Sofa was uncomfortable. Cold on arrival and for most of our stay. I got a lot of nagging messages and emails from them asking us to do things a certain way (with threats of multiple £40 or £50 fines if we didn't.The free things in the "hamper" didn't really make up for this. Can't a cleaner empty a bin, for example?! We're paying over £100 per night!) We couldn't find the key safe, a helpful neighbour told us where it was eventually.

Superb

The apartment is very tastefully decorated, welcoming, warm and cosy. The extra little touches and the addition of a beautiful Christmas tree, made all of us smile instantly. The location could not be better with only a 10/ 15 min walk to the beach and all amenities nearby. Free parking has made access easier. The whole family (2 older teenagers and partner) had a lovely time and we all felt safe staying there. Would recommend.

If I had to find a reason: the electric oven was a struggle to use, but that is more likely due to us not spending too much time exploring the instruction manual. If like me, you would prefer not to wash on a 5 night stay, I would recommend bringing some towels. Otherwise can't fault it at all! Would love to stay again.

Generally good except for the parking permit which caused worry for 24 hours out of our 3 night stay

The parking permit that was promised on arrival was not there. This meant constant chasing and worry that i would get a ticket. It took almost 24 hours to receive the permit. This was not really acceptable. No apology given by landlord..

The apartment was so clean and well presented and very well equipped with everything we needed.Nice little hamper of essentials to welcome us.

There was a lot of condensation in the bathroom especially after using the shower got quite wet in there and took a long time to dry out.front door lock was quite loose and turned around when trying to open the door at times.Apart from that exceptional.

Pleasant

Nice comfy beds, the shower was good. Location was close to shops and beach and in a quiet area. The utensils and crockery were plentiful.

The plumbing in the kitchen was loud and there was only a tiny bin. There was a washing machine but no clothes-horse or any means to dry clothes. It would have been nice to have some maps and local information. There was no freezer compartment in the fridge which meant we could not buy frozen food. Only one hanger in the entire place.
