Very spacious and bright. Area was okay. Lovely walk into Poole town. Lots of convenient shops on the doorstep.

Could do with some new pillows as extremely hard. Sofa not very comfortable as it sags. Only 2 teaspoons & cutlery very flimsy.

Ideal for our purpose

Great location and excellent accommodation

The stairs. Last 5/6 steps had no handrail and felt unsafe especially for my wife who has some walking difficulty. It would be a simple job to attach a handrail for these last few steps.

Well located, comfortable and fairly priced.

Well located, comfortable and clean. Easy to control heating, plenty of towels and pillows. Included parking, and small incidentals like toilet rolls and sponges for washing up (which some places don’t). Had Prime on the tv. Plenty of hot water. Would stay here again if we were in the area.

The parking spaces aren’t marked, and there was a moped taking up all the available space in the car park so difficult to park when we arrived. The wheelie bin was locked so people were leaving bags of rubbish in the car park, which inevitably end up strewn all over the place. Netflix app was pin locked so we couldn’t even log in to our own account. Some washing up liquid and a tin opener would have also been helpful, we had to abandon our lunch plans. Just small niggles though.

The smell of mould when you enter the property, there was damp in the main entrance and carpet upstairs was not clean. The road was very busy but I was expecting that from other people’s reviews but we slept ok

the photos are deceiving yes it looks like that but the room is small I know did not like it I will say it is only worth 70 pound for one night

for the price I paid it would have been cheaper to go to premier inn and still saved money there is something wrong with the water filled up kettle and when boiled left a film of substance on top of the water so boiled a pot of water same thing happened the sofa is worn TV in the bedroom does not work will not work the money

It was OK and a short walk from a nice area

The immediate surrounding area has a good selection of shops including a Waitrose but isn’t that nice however an 18 minute walk takes you to Parkstone which is lovely. The apartment is well served by several bus routes taking you into both Poole and Bournemouth.

The kitchen was poorly equipped with four bowls and side plates and only three dinner plates. The cutlery was flimsy and almost unusable. A chopping board and baking tray would be good additions. The apartment is modern and nicely though economically furnished, everything felt very cheap and the sofa was really quite uncomfortable. The bunk bed is a real cause for concern. In addition to the lack of guard rail on the top bunk, there are missing bolts and missing and broken slats. We put the mattress on the floor instead but this needs some urgent attention. The parking is shared with the estate agency downstairs which could be an issue.

Brilliant stay in a great location in a very well presented apartment.

The top bunk bed didn’t have a safety rail so we took the mattress down onto the floor for our child. Couldn’t find a dustpan and brush for sweeping up crumbs. Cutlery could have been more heavy duty - it was quite flimsy.

There was a local park and near the beach. I didn’t like the traffic. I didn’t like the parking squeezing in. The wall plugs didn’t work so couldn’t charge my phone. Tv didn’t work in the bedroom.

A good experience - with a bit of investment this property could become a 9 or a 10 from me.

Easy to pick up the keys and the property was similar to the photos.

It was a bit noisy from the traffic from the main road. Triple glazing on the windows would be a good idea. The shower thermostat was a bit tempremental too.

Great location with local shops. Easy access to main attractions via road network.

No heating on in the bedrooms so they were very cold. Some early morning traffic noise due to main road outside. Parking was available but you have to go round the block to reach it.

A pleasant stay in a modern apartment, with good facilities nearby.

The apartment was easily spacious enough for 4 people, and had all mod cons. It was easy to find, and we were able to park outside. The shower was lovely; hot and powerful, and we made use of the kitchen, TV and WiFi too. The check in and check out process was simple, and the property offers good value for money overall. The host was very responsive when I queried the payment process.

The location fronts on to a fairly busy road, so it could be a bit noisy, but it was also convenient for grabbing snacks, toiletries etc. Parking was a bit tricky (I think other guests had maybe brought 2 cars and taken both spaces?), but we managed. The stairs leading up to the flat are quite narrow and steep - not an issue for us, but less mobile guests could struggle. There also wasn't a 'guest handbook', so we spent quite a bit of time reading appliance manuals trying to figure out how to switch the heating on, how to work the oven etc. We also called the host on arrival to report damage we found to one of the bed frames, but no-one answered and there was no way to leave a message. That said, we had a very pleasant stay, and would definitely stay again.

Prima voor op doorreis maar verwacht niet een gezellige omgeving.

Mooi groot appartement met parkeergelegenheid direct aan het appartement. Goede tv, comfortabele bedden.

De buurt is niet heel prettig. Ligt in de buitenwijk van Poole en ‘s avonds naar buiten gaan voor een gezellige wandeling is niet aantrekkelijk al is er wel gezellige horeca en een mooie ijssalon. Drukke straat.

Una tenda più oscurante potrebbe aiutare a dormire un po' di più al mattino. Le camere danno su una strada un po' rumorosa ma alla fine ci si abitua.
