Convenient for ferry crossing. As a one night stopover, this accommodation was sufficient. Basic, no frills but everything you need for an overnight was there. Kerry our Host, was very helpful indeed, thank you.

The mattreses on the two single beds are absolutely worn out and need to be replaced immediately. The carpets throughout are very, very grubby. The bath is excessively slippery to stand in for the shower. Please supply an anti-slip mat because it is dangerous. There is a worryingly exposed electric light fitting on the double bedroom ceiling. Needs repair. The second bedroom window needs a blind because the morning sun woke everyone up at 4am. Booking.com failed to send the location and code information, so our satnav took us to the wrong address. Thankfully, a call to Kerry, got it sorted. A tired flat, which could be so much nicer, with a few details put right. Thank you anyway.

Parking was excellent . Spacious flat. Double bed comfy. Tea coffee facilities . Great price

Single beds need replacing they are awful. Pans need replacing again very aged. No plug I. Sink in bathroom. The rusty radiator in bathroom need rectifying. Carpets need replacing . Sofa was very tired. Coffee table scratched and damaged. Duvets on single beds very old . I think the owners need to stay the night in the single beds and use their pans .

Good location off the busy Ashley Road, and reasonable accommodation for the price.

A little awkward to approach by car due to parking being off a one way road so directions needed.

place was lovely.. But stairs are steep, so they could do with hand rail on both sides. I felt very unsteady coming down at night for loo. The Internet WiFi didn't work for phones .couldn't with code get on my phone ..Tv wasn't easy to watch either needed code number ?.. also, a small bin in the bathroom would be good for future stays .. was a good stay. These are pointers for the future to help feel safe on stairs .. im looking to book the downstairs flat for next Christmas 🎄

Stairs need hand rail both sides on both hall way stairs and inside flat stairs ..
