Value for money, great facilities and will return!’

The property is a hidden gem and why I have booked on multiple occasions. Host is attentive and on hand to help!! Quality!!

Only issue was hot water, possibly a pressure issue, but I was still able to have a shower, but not a bath. So not enough to down score the property at all

The property itself was great, the surrounding area was a little rundown. Parking £13 for 24hrs which is a little steep! Could use some instruction on how the heaters work.

Holiday ruined by neighbours noise and drug addicts and drunks outside of property

The apartment was fantastic. Very comfy well.equipt. clean and worth the money

Noisy neighbour above woke us up daily from 8am. Aparantly it was being done up and had been quiet all summer as no one had been there . Yet our week was banging sawing and base from a radio throught the ceiling every day. The owner spoke to them as they wernt supose to do work.b4 9am. They tryed to keep.it down but u can here everything up there. Every footstep. Its not sound proofed at all. I feel it will.have a damning effect on people.stay. Also drug dealing going on outside the apartment when we arrived and on a friday night lots of drunk foreners outside making a racket. I didnt expect this and i payed nearly £500 for this. And i had to keep.going out early to get away from the noise

Firstly l was given the wrong door number, the order was to go to number 8 West Hill - there was no number 8 after knocking all the doors - with no help l realised that l had the number on the booking - it was not in service. Finally l looked at my SMS and there was a text with all the correct details, except for the right pin no. But at least we had the right telephone number, so 1.5 hours later we were in.

There was no wi-fi on the first night. Again the details on the text were incorrect. I text the lady and she got back to me with another code - which didn't work.

Very comfy and cosy and a good location

The place was very comfy and had everything we needed including extras, milk tea, coffee, biscuits etc. The host was very helpful with details on how to get in. There was also a lovely little outside space which was a great sun trap to have a cup of tea in the morning. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

I would stay again recommend to Friends/Family. Ideal location to get anywhere plus busses available

I could not get the heaters to work since was very cold when I was in UK However did manage get the heater under the window to finally work I was challenged with locking from inside the apartment door ... not use to that system way handle had to be lifted up Did find the internet password etc in cupboard second day as the sticker on the shelf under TV first letter was damaged However finding the codes etc in cupboard solved all when I was not tired from trip across

Great Place to stay (the Best)

It was so close to everything Car park was seconds away All the facilities were amazing Great host When I asked the host if I could have late check out he accomadate straight away Was an easy and really comfortable stay I will definitely be coming back.

Hidden, Peaceful, Great Stay

Really nice place, definitely hidden, literally smack bang in middle of Bournemouth - beach’s, town centre etc all a short walk away. Place was clean & tidy, decor theme is decent and has a cosy warm look & feel to it. The milk, bread, butter, selection of fruit and a cheeky pack of Jamie Dodgers was a great generous touch! Had everything you needed amenity wise - as if you were in your own home really. De-humidifier device in main lounge is a great idea by the way. No complaints from me and will definitely look to stay again, hopefully in the summer, if the availability is their but from what I can gather, stays at this property get snapped up pretty quick given the price is generously fair.

Excellent apartment

Well managed property and the little extras such as milk and bread made the while experience that bit better. Excellent location and car parking at the rear of the property was so handy. Really liked the outside private space too. Very comfortable bed and sofa, loved the access to Netflix and had all the amenities needed.

Nothing really, just a little bit of damp coming through in the bedroom. It is an older building so that's to be expected and it's backing onto the bathroom. Likely that the owners haven't noticed, just needs a bit of cleaning off.

I did enjoy my stay and the weather was great. I had everything I needed to make my week a success.

The location was great but not good at night for someone on their own as not very well lite being entrance was up an alley. Everything was in the property that was needed for a weeks stay.

It was not very clean and everything seemed sticky to touch. The bedding is well used pillows were flat and duvet lumpy. Unfortunately I feel the property has not been looked after by previous occupants which is a shame but on the whole a good experience thank you

Amazing hidden gem of a property! SUPERB!

We liked EVERYTHING about this little hidden gem! From the moment we walked through the door we were blown away! We knew it looked great from the photos online, but let me tell you - they do not do this amazing property justice! to see it by eye is amazing! We felt so special staying here and so at home especially with the finishing touches and little extras (I won't spoil it by saying what they were - but we just felt so well looked after). The attention to detail was spot on! BOOK IT! You won't regret it. Thanks Isaac is an amazing host and the communication was excellent! We will absolutely be back!! Thank you.

There wasn't anything we didn't like - only that we had to check out! haha
