Modern Peaceful Flat in Town

Great location-straight through to central Bournemouth in 10 mins walk max. Good car parking facility & when had a query -owner on hand to answer immediately.

Our booking said Flat 2 & we were given Flat 1-different then picture ,TV alittle too big for room & would have been better on the wall to save losing lounge space to the cabinet that it stood on

The flat was clean and well-maintained. However, there was a strong smell of cigarettes throughout, which affected our stay

There were several issues that affected our stay. The most noticeable was the strong cigarette smell throughout the flat. The curtains were also of poor quality and difficult to open and close. We found the location felt unsafe, particularly at night. On one evening, there was a police incident right outside the window which was very disruptive, and we were unable to sleep due to the noise. The flat is on the ground floor directly above a garage gate, which is located beneath the main bedroom. The gate was used frequently and created loud noise each time it opened and closed, further disturbing our sleep. Additionally, the building’s rubbish bins are positioned directly outside the window, and we saw a rat passing by, which was very unpleasant. The pillows were also extremely uncomfortable, appearing very worn out, with two flattened pillows placed into each pillowcase
