Nice villa with everything you need. Direct access to the black sand beach - sadly the current is too strong there, so you can not go into the water. The people managing the property will help you with everything you need (transfer to the airport or anywhere else, food etc.). Loved it!

you have to walk around 20 min to get to Padang Bai. Not bad, but you have to know.

The villa has great potential and is, in many ways, a beautiful and spacious unit. Its layout and design suggest it was once a high-end property, and with proper upkeep, it could easily be a truly exceptional place to stay. The location is a definite advantage — conveniently close to town for easy access to shops and restaurants, yet far enough out to feel private and peaceful. However, the property is in need of significant renovation and maintenance. Several features were either broken, stained, or visibly damaged, which detracted from the overall comfort and experience. Most concerning was the issue with pests. We experienced rat activity in the center bedroom during the evenings, and on two separate occasions, we found rats in the lounge area, hiding within the furniture. This was understandably distressing and is something that must be addressed immediately for health and safety reasons with droppings and urine in the drawers. With thorough repairs, deep cleaning, and pest control, this villa could easily return to being a top-tier rental. But as it stands, it falls short of expectations due to the current state of disrepair and hygiene concerns.

Pool was great - so many amazing places to hang out around it, Bedrooms were massive and comfy. Kids didnt want to leave.

Очень красивая вилла, ощущение изобилия и гармонии! Очень рекомендую, чистота в комнатах и шикарная ванная в спальне.Очень приятная аура. Для тех кто ищет тишины и гармонии, слияния с природой, идеальный вариант.

Единственный момент это разные насекомые и ящерица могут попадаться на стенах или на полу,но по факту не раздражают ,если понимать что это своя вилла на Балли и практически в лесу,где много живности,но она безобидная и очень тактичная и ненавясчивая,все отлично. Рекомендую зажигать благовония и различные мотыльки и бабочки ночные уже не прилетают на свет.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit.

Sehr schöne, große Villa direkt an Strand. Leider ist der Strand ziemlich verdreckt und die Strömung so stark, dass man nicht baden kann. Zum Glück gibt es in der Nähe eine tolle sauber Badebucht (Bias Tugel Beach). Pool und Personal sind super. Es gibt einen täglichen Reinigungsservice inkl. Abspülen und Wäsche waschen. Bei Bedarf kan man sich Essen bringen oder irgendwo hinfahren lassen. Wirklich komfortabel.

l’emplacement est un peu trop isolé. il est vraiment nécessaire d’anticiper un moyen de locomotion sur place. Peu de commodité aux alentours.

Vila părea spectaculoasa, spațioasă, piscina la fel, plus faptul ca era pe malul mării

Deși era situata pe plajă, plaja nu este amenajata și în zonă nu se face baie. Camera principală, care era spectaculoasă...nu avea și wc în dotare (ci doar un duș deschis, după un paravan!!! Un minus grav!!! Probabil, toți oaspeții făceau pipi în dusul din cameră...pt că grătarul din lemn răspândea în cameră un miros pregnant. În lateralele ușilor erau niște decupaje frumoase din lemn, dar...prin care intrau fără niciun fel de problemă în camere, șopârle și alte viețuitoare. Neinspirat.

Perfekter Erholungsurlaub in traumhafter Villa mit sehr guter Betreuung

Die Villa ist sehr ruhig gelegen, wirklich imposant und sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet worden, die Schlafräume sind gut klimatisiert. Es fehlt an nichts, angefangen von Spotify bis Netflix und der kompletten Küchenausstattung usw.. Ein Riesendank an die zwei lieben "Hausangestellten" Bayu und vor allem an Kadek. Kadek hat alle Wünsche perfekt erfüllt, von leckerem Frühstück bis hin zu sonstigen Organisationen. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl. Die unterste Etage ist tagsüber als offenes Konzept gedacht, deshalb ohne Klimaanlage (was logisch ist). Es gibt aber reichlich Ventilatoren und natürlich den tollen Pool zum "abkühlen". Der Blick morgens beim Aufstehen nach draußen zum Strand ist unbezahlbar. Wir können die Villa uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Die Villa ist Baujahr 2010 (glaube ich) und dafür bei dem Klima wirklich in good shape. Demnächst sind aber vielleicht ein paar Kleckser neue Farbe notwendig.

Потрясающая аутентичная вила с живописным видом на океан. Все как на фото. Много интересных статуэток в доме, было любопытно все разглядывать. Супер доброжелательный персонал, везде чисто и опрятно. Рекомендую
