Lovely grounds

The pool and restaurant area were great. Good choice of food options for all meals. Breakfast was included and loved that the pool had the swim up bar. Could not swim at the beach. Lovely grounds.

We did not get the rooms we had booked and so two of us were upgraded. I was given a villa where the aircon didn't work. Thank heavens for fans. Friends were given a 2b/r residence where the mold was so strong in the main room they had to move to the second bedroom.

Everything about the property was fantastic. The bungalow we stayed in was magnificent a beautiful bali feel , comfy bed . The food at the resort was exceptional, value for money and the staff were friendly , helpful and easy to communicate with . The owner of the resort was also friendly polite and easy to chat with. Highly recommended. We will be returning

Hideaway

Friendly and helpful staff who were very accomodating. Bayside is within walking distance of the many shops and restaurants of Candidasa but not to close that the road noise would keep you awake. The nightly turn down service along with a spray to ensure no mosquitoes in our room.

My personal preference would be to have a softer mattress. The resort does require a bit of a spruce such as painting, checking shower heads and drains. Downside for the Candidasa area is the lack of swimming beaches within the town.

Beautiful resort with good location, amazing staff and amenities. Everything you need in one place

We originally booked for 2 pool side bungalows and were upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment with private pool. Thank you. It was beautiful and comfortable with everything we needed. Staff were friendly and nothing ever a problem. Even going the extra mile with a nightly turn down service. I celebrated my birthday while there and received a surprise cake with candles. We expected to be a distance walk from the main centre but had everything near by. Yummy Warungs just out on the main road and fabulous coffee at loaf cafe across the road. The walk to town the main centre is a short 10 min stroll.There is also a restaurant at the hotel which we ate at serving good food. Breakfast was excellent. The view for breakfast is ocean views. Such a relaxing oasis that you never have to leave if you choose. We stayed 3 nights and would most definitely stay again.

The barista made coffee was undrinkable. A barista lesson for your staff in making coffee would be the icing on the cake for the perfect stay

We left Ubud in the rain and booked a not so nice accommodation for two days before we found this amazing place!

The food in the restaurant (lunch and dinner) was mediocre. The rooms are dated and in need of some repair. Not enough hot water. Very slow wifi.

After our initial accommodation was cancelled at the last minute we were left scrambling to find somewhere to stay, so glad we found this place, super friendly staff . lovely grounds and room and well priced

Everything about these villas was superb. Location beachfront with beautiful views. Two pools. Staff could not do enough for us. So friendly and accommodating. Grounds and rooms are kept spotless. Brad was kind enough to upgrade us... 10/10. Will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

Breakfast was beautiful and while uou didn't need to leave the resort its location to the main street of Candidasa was idea especially if you don't ride a scooter

we were upgraded to the villas and loved it! what a great getaway from everything. Brad will organise everything for you - driver and all advice. The restaurant is fabulous, food is amongst the best we have had, staff are delightful. Spa is well worth a visit. will definitely stay again. such great value, everyone should take the time to spend at least 3 days here during your Bali Vacation. just chill out and relax!!

Honestly- this is the place to go for top service and those extra touches. Pots of tea, no buffet breakfast - you dine with elegance even in the morning! Brad is doing it right!

Absolutely everything I stayed in a villa and loved it, it’s a huge resort with everything you would need for a relaxing holiday, your bed is turned down and room sprayed in the evening and beautiful view of the sea while you sun-bake, great restaurant with a daily special breakfast ,very friendly & helpful staff .. my new go to place in candidasa just loved it 😊

Magnificent Resort I will be back

everything I love it , what an amazing place to stay, I was upgrade to a villa and I have to say it is sensational the view is amazing the room is wonderful and the staff cater to your every whim , it’s the little things like a quick boil kettle 🤷🏻‍♀️ha ha and I watched a movie for the first time in 8 weeks … I have been to Bali a lot and always stay at different places but this is a return place ..

There was a loud party and fireworks during our stay which we weren’t informed about and it went on until 1am, there were two power cuts during our stay. we were over charged 500k rp on our card and could only be refunded in cash which we didn’t need as we were leaving Bali

The staff were amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay special. Our room was a pool side bungalow, we had a view to the pool and sea and an outside bathroom that was serene. The grounds are well kept, and the restraunt well priced and a good variety of food. Breakfast always had a daily special as well as a good menu, including fruit, juice and coffee. The happy hour cocktails were delicious and loved that they were served to us at the beach as we watched locals fish and the sun setting in the afternoon. Massage service was nice and convenient. Can't wait to go back.

Everything is easy here, owner Brad is a cool dude.

If you want a comparatively quiet place to flex out, this is ideal. Close to the main drag and eateries, several souvenir type shops, completely opposite to Kuta style of holiday.

Struttura curata e stanza pulita e ordinata. Il ristorante è molto buono e il personale gentile e accogliente! Il servizio di lavanderia è stato super efficiente! Anche i massaggi in spa sono fantastici! Siamo stati felici di incontrare una gattina molto dolce che ogni tanto veniva a salutarci fuori dalla stanza. ❤️

L'unico punto debole della struttura purtroppo è la spiaggia. Non si può accedere alla spiaggia e non si può fare il bagno in mare.

We hadden een vreselijke geur in de kamer. Het bleek om een dood beest te gaan. Ondanks dat smorgens vroeg dit bij de eigenaar duidelijk was, heb ik ‘s middags zelf moeten vragen om een nieuwe kamer. En zelfs een nacht alsnog moeten doorbrengen toen het bekend was. Het werd aangegeven dat dit miscommunicatie was, maar dat geloof ik niet. De eigenaar had direct moeten melden toen hij met me in de kamer stond en wist dat er een dood dier lag, dat we zouden verhuizen. Mijn kinderen wilden hier ook absoluut niet meer slapen. Compensatie werd in eerste instantie niet over gepraat. De “upgrade” naar een huisje 2 deuren verder bij t zwembad zou voldoende moeten zijn. Aangezien dat geen enkele toegevoegde waarde had en ook niet assertief werd gecommuniceerd de eigenaar nogmaals benaderd voor compensatie. Eerst niet bereikbaar omdat hij om 8 uur ‘s avonds zogezegd al in bed zou liggen. Dag erop weer zelf er naar moeten vragen. Uiteindelijk 2 massages gratis gekregen. Het is iets, maar niet in verhouding tot hetgeen je hier betaald, en de hygiënische risico’s die je loopt. Tot slot de zorg voor vanuit de eigenaar voor zijn klanten. Belabberd. Gevaarlijk voor de gezondheid en slecht voor het humeur. Bovenstaande gezegd hebbende, ik verwijt de rest van het personeel niets. De eigenaar is in deze verantwoordelijk voor de actie die ondernomen had moeten worden.

Heerlijk Bali verwen gevoel

Doordat personeel in Balinese kledij liepen gaf dit al een huiselijk gevoel. Iedereen was vriendelijk en zei gedag. Ze stonden echt voor je klaar voor alles. Iedere dag schone handdoeken en ‘s avonds kwamen ze zelfs nog langs om het bed voor de nacht klaar maken. Privacy in je bungalow.

Eigenlijk niets behalve misschien een ligbed maar die zijn er bij beide zwembaden.
