We had to check in late in the night and they waited for us. They also kept our luggages for 3 days. Amazing people and amazing services. The best location if you need to stop near to the bay to reach the harbor to go to the islands,
Everything was perfect.

I booked 2 rooms. the standard room and their best room. The rooms were large and the best room was massive. Probably the largest set of rooms I have ever stayed in. The staff were helpful and friendly.
It was a little bit noisy in the morning with dogs, chickens and other wild animal noises, but this is normal for Bali. I stayed in some posher places and had exactly the same experience. We didnt have the best holiday in Bali but this place was one of the positives
