The rooms were a good size,pleasant staff and Good location.
No shade around the pool, dinners were dirty.
Reception guy very forgetful ( guy looked liked Selymn from Death in paradise)

Great helpfully staff, lovely all round, comfy bed, beautiful gardens only let down is no access to beach due to construction which has nothing to do with the hotel, we would definitely stay again

Resort was wonderful, loved the style of each villa as it gave you the true Bali feeling.
Food and drinks wonderful at the resort. But lobster available next door
Meet some great people who we are now longtime friends.
Staff outstanding and accommodating.
Short walk to town, for shopping and restaurants.
Snorkeling was wonderful and so many places to go to. Locals happy to assist.

The staff, the service, the ambiance of the resort, the natural setting and the room fantastic!
Unfortunately the newly constructed break wall has destroyed the beach in front of the resort so you cannot swim in the ocean!! Once construction is over hopefully the beach will be accessible!
