Spa was great- breakfasts had a great choice and rooms were lovely. Waterslide was fun. Bottle wall intrigued me.
Bloo Lagoon the snorkeling place is very polluted . The resort tries to be eco friendly but outside the resort is really sad.

Stunning location with the most beautiful ocean view and Gunung Agung, very decent restaurant, fantastic staff.
The bed was not the most comfortable, very thin mattress.

The villa was a great size and the view was magnificent.
The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was good
The shower area was very dark of a night and was tricky to navigate.

Stunning location, fantastic food at breakfast and dinner - beautiful villa with exceptional views
Had a monkey come into the villa - no one’s fault at all they are native to the area but it did take surprise us and left me a little unnerved
