Great and comfortable stay in a quiet location. Make sure you have your own transport.

Beautiful property with a really nice large garden and pool. Well equipped outdoor kitchen and outdoor lounge living area. Large bedrooms with big ensuites.

Property is a little far from anything. A scooter is recommended to get around. We had three of us (only one with an international license) so it was hard to get around. Taxis are far and few and very expensive in Amed compared to other parts of Bali so it’s recommended to have your own transport there.

Amazing villa – such a beautiful place to chill and relax. The staff were great and very accommodating. The location is a little out from the shops, but we hired a bike which made it super easy to get to cafes and everything we needed.

If you don’t like to walk then this would be annoying for you. It’s not close to anything. But still you can hire a bike from the accommodation.

Relaxing stay in a beautiful accommodation

Wayan and his friend were super helpful and supported us with organizing scooters, laundry, etc. Communication was really easy, the accommodation is super clean and comfy, you can connect to the smart tv to listen to music, chill in the common area, and even cook if you want to. There is an outside shower and the private pool is also really nice. If you have a scooter, the location is also convenient. A bit of road construction on the main road, but you don't hear anything.

Quite a gem

When I was looking for accomdations in Amed, I prefer to looking for a place with a lot of privacy and space. Saka provided a perfect vibe for us. The workers are extremly friendly and they also organize bikes for us. also love the cleaniess and the view. although it is not like other hotels that are beach-front, it has everything for a family trip and would love to come here again. It is not super close to the center, I would say a bike is must have.

if you are sensitive to ambient sounds, please bring yourself a earbug. Other than that everything stays perfect.

Perfect villa, amazing stay!

Our family of 4 stayed in Saka Villa #3 and had the most amazing time. We loved Amed and the villa was perfect. Very clean, lovely big spaces, refreshing pool, very comfy beds and pillows and quiet at night. Wayan was so friendly and helpful and organised scooters for us as well. We will definitely be back! 🤗

Feels like home

The villa is very nice, clean and comfortable. With a large garden and a large, fully equipped kitchen. The location is also perfect, not far from everything and very quiet. We will definitely go back there. A special thanks to Wayan and the staff for their welcoming and kindness.

Friendly staff and host but the villa lacks maintenance

The staff and host were very friendly and even helped us out after an accident. They even provided scooters for us to rent which were quite cheap. The location was ok. Quite a few shops nearby and a very good restaurant a bit east, which was even easy to reach by foot. The staff only cleans the property after arranging it with you first. The staff is very friendly and helpful overall.

The roof had a hole which resulted in water coming through and a moldy smell in one of the bedrooms. The kitchen is quite dirty especially the utensils. There was a lot of mice and gecko poop everywhere. The countless geckos lived among us because of the open design of the villa and were often spotted, even in the bedrooms. We even managed to capture a mouse. Up on our arrival we were informed that one of the pool lamps didn't work. The location within the village is ok but everything surronding it is anything but quiet. There are a lot of farms near by and even more roosters roaming the streets. It is therefore very loud throughout the day, as well as nights. The path connecting the villa to the street is ok but often muddy. Especially during the rainy season. Once again there is no blame to the staff.

Great villa for stay in Amed

The villa is very nice and spacious. We liked the garden and pool as well. Kitchen is fully equipped, both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and comfortable beds. The staff is super helpful, especially Wayan was very kind and full of smiles. We hope to return soon to Amed and stay in Saka villa again.

Great value in the quieter north of Bali.

Saka Villa is very new. The dirt driveway passes through a construction area (another villa I presume). But honestly, get over it. That said the photos don't do it justice! Saka Villa is luxurious and pristine. The service is excellent. We stayed as two couples (one older one younger) and had space to burn. Lovely staff, scooters brought to us on request (new ones!!), lots of cheap bars and restaurants, handy shopping nearby for self-catering, and Amed is fantastic. When you explore, turn right along the coast instead of back to Amed town. Go early morning and watch the scores of fisherman sharing their catch on the road side. Find a small temple for some quiet time. Thank you Saka Villa.

Perfectly big villa with a beautiful pool, quietly placed in near everything, and close to the fantastic beaches in Armed. Wayan took good care of us, and even provided cheap scooter rent and transport to Ubud. Our best stay on Bali this year.

Warm welcome from Putu and his colleagues. Spacious garden and setup. Internet good and big smart TV with Netflix account. Pool decent size

Highly recommended place to stay! Everything was just perfect

The place is just amazing, it is a brand new villa, very nice and clean. Very quite surroundings. The views of the mountains around are wonderful. Wayan was very welcoming and helpful with everything we asked and needed during our stay, reacted really quickly, so really appreciate that. Kitchen had all the equipment needed. WIFI was better than expected (50mpbs) so my husband could work and have Teams-meetings with no problem.

I dint like the location.....after the evening....when it gets dark....there is no lights on the way to the villa....it was a bit too scary so far to stay as a couple....but still it was safe....👍🏻

Private, clean, comfortable, well thought out and well equipped. Lovely pool, comfy bed with great bedding. Lovely bathroom. TV great. Staff so nice, polite and professional, easy to contact via whatsapp and they arranged our moto/scooters for us.

Beautiful new villa in Amed

The villa is huge with big bedrooms and a great outdoor area. The pool is clean and looks beautiful . We stayed here for 2 weeks and enjoyed our stay in Amed very much. It’s a 5-10 mins scooter drive to the main points of interest and it lies in a quiet area with lots of privacy. The staff is great and they can help you with renting a scooter or snorkeling gear.

Great stay in a beautiful part of bali

Staying at Saka was great. The property and pool is brand new, massive, clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and the TV has Netflix. The location is excellent as it’s a short walk to Adi supermarket and a short ride to Lipah and Jemeluk. The house manager, Wayan made sure we had a comfortable stay and was very helpful throughout. The team also can help to organise scooters, transfers, snorkelling, diving etc. This was an excellent stay in and beautiful part of Bali.

It's great to have an open plan kitchen but it is important to stay on top of animals that visit in the night - the hosts responded quickly when we asked them to address it.

I don't eat breakfast, but all facilities were there. set in traditional Bali surroundings, once you walk through the entrance the privacy, comfort and relaxation, is immediately felt. big rooms, fully equipped kitchen with Pool right outside the rooms.

Lieu exceptionnel, proche des points d'intérêt. Petit déjeuner fait maison à la demande avec une grande amplitude horaire, préparé dans la cuisine extérieure. Conseil avisé pour des restaurants qui livrent à la location. Accueil incroyable avec un jus maison. Grande propreté, maison et jardin nettoyés tous les jours, Wayan qui nous a accueilli est d'une gentillesse incroyable et a toujours une solution à vos questions. Wayan a été notre driver durant notre séjour et a su nous conseiller de bonnes adresses. Matériel de Snorkeling sur place, laundry gérée par Wayan. Piscine très agréable et entretenue avec transats. Odeur de frangipanier. Mobilier de très bon goût, clim dans les chambres, ventilateurs dans l'espace commun, cuisine très bien équipée à disposition. Aide pour les bagages, place de parking. Un havre de paix et sans aucun doute notre coup de cœur du séjour. Merci <3

séjour exceptionnel, la villa est magnifique très bien équipée et d’une propreté irréprochable ! Le personnel est génial et toujours là pour répondre à nos souhaits: un grand merci à Wayan pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. Super expérience, la piscine est grande. il faut prévoir des scooters pour se déplacer ou alors un petit budget pour taxi. Je recommande vivement

Un personnel au top, qui a parfaitement facilité notre séjour. 🙏Merci. La maison est juste parfaite avec un jardin très agréable. Le quartier c'est moyen (6/10) et il faut prévoir les scooters , c'est mieux pour aller faire les courses, aller à la plage....

In 1 woord GEWELDIG!!!

We kwamen aan bij de Villa en keken onze ogen uit.(Wayan van villa Saka had een transfer vanaf Pandang Bai naar Amed voor ons geregeld) Bij aankomst werden we hartelijk ontvangen door Wayan die klaarstond met een vers geperst sapje voor ons. Hij heeft scooters geregeld en de service tijdens ons verblijf was écht perfect. Het was een paradijsje en van alle gemakken voorzien. Wij zaten in Villa 1, deze is ruim en modern met een grote tuin en heerlijk schoon zwembad met ligbedden. Veel privacy! We vonden het jammer dat we niet langer hadden geboekt. Écht een aanrader!👌Tot nu toe ons mooiste verblijf op Bali.

De Villa was echt perfect! Als ik wat moet noemen dan is het de honden die 's nachts nog wel eens behoorlijk kunnen blaffen. Dus misschien een tip om oordopjes mee te nemen dan is dat ook weer opgelost

Nous avons loué deux scooters pendant notre séjour et nous avons circulé sans difficulté. Snorkeling a Tulamben. Visite

Emplacement proche de Lipah Beach. Beaucoup de restaurants et magasins à proximité et facile d’accès à pied. Possibilité de louer des scooters sur place. La gentillesse du personnel.

Les aboiements et les chants des coqs à 5 heures du matin. Mais ça nous a permis d’être à l’heure pour aller voir le lever de soleil. Pensez à prendre des bouchons d’oreille.

Magnifique villa au calme

Une très jolie maison au calme mais proche de petits warungs, décorée avec goût et très bien équipée. Le personnel est adorable et vous accueille avec un délicieux jus de pastèque fraîchement pressé. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et nous aurions aimé le prolonger !
