The pool and the rooms were good. The location was quite and a close walk for meals and view of Agung. The Manager was prompt to react.
The kitchen supplys of cleaning items glasses, cups and crockery was limited and needed a scrub. With Private in the title we were a bit surprised to be joined un announced by staff whilst eating breakfast and using the pool. The offered massage was less than great and best found close by. The agreed motorbike transfer to town and back was not completed. Excuses had us find other means an hour later.

La villa es muy bonita y grande. Las habitaciones estaban muy limpias y la camas grandísimas y cómodas.
El salón y cocina están abiertos sin puertas hacia la piscina, con todo lo que ello implica.
Menaje de cocina mejorable.
Pedí que limpiaran la piscina o que sustituyeran la red de limpieza para hacerlo yo. Tardaron 2 días en hacerlo. Al final lo hice yo.
El último día se presentaron 15 min antes de la hora a la que habíamos quedado (6 am), y entraron en la villa hasta el salón directamente. Mis hijos se despertaron y se los encontraron allí 😁

Beautiful house and garden, lots of space
This house was dirty upon arrival especially the bathrooms. Our toilet was disgusting ..We had to ask for it to be cleaned and also for clean towels and one of the showers was cold. The sofa covers are dirty and the cloth to wash and dry the pots were also very dirty. On the day we were leaving the staff entered the property and sat on the sun beds until we left 2 hours later which was very uncomfortable.
