The Villa and the Hosts are fantastic.

The bedroom(s) would have been good with a television. The location is close to a bar that has very loud nightly live music between 8-11 pm, which was okay for us but may be off-putting for families with young children/early bed times.

Good value villa with an excellent host.

Ketut the host was excellent and always available to help with any issues. The property is clean and modern and the pool is nice and deep.

The property could benefit from having more furniture as it’s a little bare. For example, bedside lamps in the bedrooms and perhaps some plants indoors. The villa is at the end of a path/track that’s about 200m from the road, so a scooter/motorbike is recommended but not essential.

Peaceful

The property is just stunning, lovely and spacious and very private. It had 2 big bedrooms and very large bathrooms, the pool was well maintained and the outdoor sitting area was nice. It was a short walk from the restaurants and the beach so in the perfect location

The only thing we didn’t like about the property was the in way to get to it, you either had to walk all the way around through a building site or through an overgrown forest

Beautiful pool villa with 2 large clean rooms and bathrooms, located in Amed central.

Big villa (comfortable for 4 people easily) with amazing pool and clean rooms. Located near Amed central and lot of options to eat walking distance.

Located in one of the inner lanes (not easily located by google) but owner very helpful with directions. The villa could be upgraded with some basic amenities like shampoo, body soap, iron.

Les hôtes sont très accueillants et disponibles, Ketut nous a même proposé ses services de taxi Logement très bien équipé (fontaine à eau, bouilloire, etc.) Les chambres et salle de bain sont immenses (nous avons apprécié le gel douche ainsi que la présence du sèche-cheveux) Tout était très propre La piscine est très grande, idéale pour nager Nous avons testé plusieurs adresses recommandées dans le livret d’accueil et celles-ci étaient top Supérette Indomaret à 10min à pieds

Accès à la villa compliqué en cas de fortes pluies (inondé et boueux)

Havre de paix dans Amed

La villa correspond exactement aux photos. L’endroit est vraiment très agréable. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Les propriétaires ont répondu à toutes nos attentes. On recommande vivement si vous souhaitez venir à Amed.

Je recommande cette villa !

Cette établissement est parfait,une villa neuve , les chambres climatisées et les salles de bain sont très grandes, une grande piscine est un vrai plus, wifi est présent, la villa est très propre.

L’accès à la maison est actuellement en travaux et n’apparaît pas encore sur Google Maps ni sur plan ( iPhone ), Le propriétaire mettra à votre disposition un plan détaillé qu’il a lui-même réalisé afin de vous guider. Cette situation devrait être régularisée dans les prochains mois.

Buena ubicación, tranquilo y buen servicio.

Buena ubicación y a la vez tiene mucha tranquilidad. Ketut el dueño, es un encanto, nos facilitó servicio de colada, cuando necesitamos cualquier cosa siempre estaba en 5/10 minutos en la casa e hicimos con él una excursión por Tirta Ganga (el templo del agua, muy bonito, recomendado) y nos llevó también a Virgin Beach. Además nos llevó al aeropuerto por muy buen precio.

Por la temporada lluviosa el acceso estaba un poco lleno de barro y había algunos bichitos.
