The house was spacious, clean and well furnished. The kitchen was well equipped. The location was pleasant but it was quite a walk (for us) to Whitby town. It was very nice to have tea, sugar and milk on arrival. The beds were clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels and two clean tea towels - very handy. The key code was sent in plenty of time and there was a lot of useful information provided.
We were not able to use the dishwasher as it had run out of rinse aid and salt. We did feel that there was constant pressure to include add ons. Paid approx £45 extra for insurance to cover any damages othewise there would have been a £250 bond :(
