A great farmhouse, well equipped, good for families

There was an overpowering smell coming from the utility which should have been dealt with before guests arrived, besides that, it was great.

master bedroom and twin room was perfect but the other two rooms mattresses were hard and not as comfortable as the the others

Lovely house but too early to be out

Lovely house, good proximity to Whitby.

Booked for a weekend with the family, couldn't get access untill 4pm on the Friday and then had to be out at 9am on the Sunday morning! That is far too early to have everything done and left us with a very short weekend. Didn't see or hear from the owners at all, even after contacting them directly twice. Disappointing as we liked the house.

Very helpful

Good setting, easy access. Had an issue with the WiFi but Rebecca resolved the issue without any fuss and spent a great deal of her time resolving the problem. Great service.
