Very clean and comfortable

Great location for us as we were traveling through from England to Spain . Near the motorway.

O.K for a brief stopover but wouldn’t recommend for more than 1 night.

The beds are not very comfortable, too hard. The rooms not well designed, awkward for my wife to put on makeup or for me to use the bathroom sink. What we love is the car park which feels safe well away from the main road. The location is great near the motorway and restaurants and tram. Breakfast is fine but overpriced. TV channels quite limited and internet weak signal.

Fine for a one night stay on a long journey, but that’s it

A nice hotel which is desperately trying to lift itself up into a boutique style property . Good breakfast, nice staff good bathrooms

This is not a boutique style hotel despite the reed air diffusers, definitely a three star and that’s it. The breakfast room was very small and not much room to manouvre, didn’t appreciate the extra charge for a cot when other hotels booked supply one at no extra charge

Always enjoy staying at this hotel.

We always stay here on our return journey to Caliais EuroTunnel. Location is brilliant. Close to A71/A75. Our dog is welcome - which is ESSENTIAL for us. Beautiful gardens on the bank of the Loire. Everywhere has been renovated in recent years and the rooms and dining room are excellent. Good selection of food at breakfast.

A good value hotel where you are made to feel welcome.

very convenient for autoroute traffic- easy to find and easy to get back on the autoroute. Good restaurant and spacious, comfortable rooms. The reception desk was manned by Deano who is excellent; courteous, friendly and very efficient. He is an extremely good ambassador for the hotel.

Terrible night sleep and full of bugs.

No warning signs on the windows to not open due to bugs and mosquitoes! Only very small notices on the stairwell. I opened the window to close the shutter as they are only thin net curtains and didn’t want the morning sunlight as we had a long journey and needed rest. Thousands of bugs entered the room, I went downstairs to ask to change rooms and there is no one manning the front desk after 10pm so we had to sleep with the room infested! Absolutely awful night sleep….. Also plugs don’t work with a plug adapter. There is a usb port but only on one side of the room.

Pleasant one night stay.

Evening receptionist very helpful

At 9:10 there were no eggs left. Receptionist said “Sorry. There’s none left “. He agreed to make some after we insisted. No coffee cups available, dirty tables. Probably due to lack of staff. Noisy children in the garden at 7:30 on a Sunday morning.

Great location,access to river Bank via hotel garden

Location. Short walk to tram to Orleans. Lovely friendly staff. Very clean and nice decor. Quiet too.

Coffee machine unable to deal with a lot of people and broke down twice. Staff did apologise and brought out a coffee pot.

Exceptional 1 night stop

Conveniently located for a 1 night stop on a long road trip. You'd think you'd have a view of the highway but that could've be further from the truth: the hotel is surrounded by lush grounds and you wake up to birdsong! It's like a quiet haven. The staff was kind and helpful. The room decoration is nice, with murals that look like the White Lotus intro 😄 The hotel structure does appear aging, but they did a very good job masking it. The room was neat as a pin, and the bathroom was well refreshed - complete with italian shower ! All exceptional for the price paid. Also the breakfast was good!

The only criticism I have - but it's not a problem - is that they do not have a proper restaurant (except for the breakfast buffet). Instead, they offer pre-made meals in glass jars that they heat up for you. We tried, and honestly not too bad. Not exceptional, but does the job.

Very comfortable overnight stay

It was very easy to find and not too far off the highway. We were checked in very quickly by a young man. Our room was clean and tidy.

Perfect location for a pit stop!

Very convenient location, just 0.5km off the Highway, but in a quiet setting on the banks of the Loire river. Plenty of safe and free parking. Breakfast was very good with hot and cold dishes. Staff very helpful. An excellent restaurant located 100m away in the same grounds as hotel (not part of hotel). A perfect spot to break the journey.

Bedrooms are well designed with excellent showers. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good.

As there isn’t a restaurant on site, the only restaurant within walking distance is a Courtepaille. Everything else is a car journey away.

Meh.. nothing special, and not a boutique hotel

location is good

the original bed we had was ridiculously small for 2 people (140 cm wide) and then we were able to change to a room with 2 beds of 70 cm wide beds which also were small, but better than one bed of that size. Also, there was nothing "boutique-like" in the hotel (no fancy soaps, free coffee, special furniture or luxurious rooms. So not sure why the name of the hotel is boutique there was a receptionist who was on the phone when I arrived and completely ignored me (an older lady). And then a new lady came on duty and she was nice

Great place to stay!

I booked this hotel for a night during a road trip. It had everything my family and I needed for a pleasant short stay. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, especially the pastries.

The wifi connexion wasn't that good from my room.

Light carpet on the floor here dirty quickly, why not laminate which is more hygienic? Too little storage for luggage
