The location is the best thing, being close to the motorway for an overnight stop but also convenient for the tram line into the city centre.
We stayed during the heatwave and the rooms were hot, there was a fan provided which helped a bit.

Location was perfect for us just off the motorway-it was a little difficult to find but worth the effort. Breakfast was really good and thoroughly recommended. Scrambled eggs were really good.

We only used the bedroom facility and all was as to be expected from a budget hotel. It was clean and well equipped for heating and cooling in the bedroom and ensuite bathroom. Kettle with tea, coffee making facility in the room. Secure room on the ground floor and we chose the hotel for it's convenient tram travel in to the historic town and fast EV charging in a secure car parking area of the hotel. Helpful staff too.
There were 2 pillows provided for the double bed with extra 2 in the storage but I would have liked a second choice of pillow density.
