The location, and the staff are so nice and very helpful
The room wasn't as clean as it could have been

The bed was comfortable.
The attitude of the man on the desk was rude and certainly not welcoming. Initially he was going to place us in a room on the second floor - I am disabled and cannot climb stairs! He just shrugged his shoulders and said he couldn’t do anything about it. While we stood outside deciding what to do and where we could go he came back out with the key to a ground floor room and according to another guest who had been in reception another man behind the desk had told him quite firmly ‘you cannot put them on the second floor!!’ So, put to shame, he had magically found a ground floor room! When asked about the restaurant and whether we needed to make reservations he looked at us as if we were mad and said, angrily ‘No restaurant! Vacances… vacances!’ His answer when I asked ‘Where can we eat?’ Was to flap his hand towards the road and say’ B&B’ which suggested we had to cross a busy road (my husband pushing me in a wheelchair) and we’re both in our late seventies!!!
The skirting boards in the room were all cracked and broken and looked grubby!
We left the next morning without enquiring whether or not there was breakfast. We could not bear to be spoken to again in the same dismissive manner!

The hotel is the usual fayre. In an industrial/retail area out of town. Room was big, clean, safe and quiet. Likewise the bathroom. Shower over bath. Toiletries. Kettle in room. Tele. The young receptionist was very good. Breakfast was plentiful. Nice quiet garden with bar. Parking. Burger King very near by. Good bus/tram links nearby. Fan in room.
Very strange religious spiritual ritual going on in the meeting room. Loud and intrusive and ‘weird’! But, not for too long! The hotel is out of town. The older receptionist was demanding. Room has no air con and had to have a fan on for 48hrs!

Good location, close to high way, but not too close. We used it as a stop between home and holidays. The bed was really comfortable! And a nice hot shower. Breakfast had plenty of choices.
It was a bit dusty and some stains here and there, but overall ok. At some point during breakfast the bread was empty en not filled anymore. The children’s chair was not cleaned.

Good waiter service in the small bistro at the hotel.
Tired looking room, terrible thin pillow, overwhelmed grumpy reception person.

The staff were helpful enough, breakfast was fine, bedding and towels were clean. Shower water was hot.
Accommodation in very poor state. Badly kept and in need of a full renovation. The room was awful. Dark, uncomfortable and in very bad condition.

The beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly
Some of the towels were stained and the water pressure in the bathroom was terrible

Location. Partial to railway for a overnight stop
The rooms appearance is old and not reflected in the website pictures. We had a ground floor room and below the stairs - therefore we could constantly hear people going up and down / talking throughout the evening and the morning

All was of a good standard, the reception, the room, breakfast. The staff at reception helped us in the morning as we had a problem with the car and it was soon sorted
My Wife detected a cigarette smoke aroma in the room, she has a very sensitive nose!
I found the shower head was scaled up but with a bit of a rub on the rubber jets it worked fine

Location suites us very well on our journey from Northern to Southern France.
The restaurant was closed on weekend evenings, so we had to find somewhere to eat. After 7 hours driving that was disappointing.

Door to room was warped so difficult to enter had to push hard with shoulder to open. Bathroom toilet smelt like sewage backup. Tried to charged me for breakfast I didn't have and was disbelieving me when I stated I didn't have, then tried to charge me 140€ ... And not the 66€ I pre-booked on bookings com. I've stayed over the years in Campanile hotels but this has put me off from booking them ever again. Also under bed was not clean I dropped my charger and had to retrieve it from there and see it wasn't hoovered etc. Also run down and needs upgrade inside and out.

The bed
No shower curtain. No hot water for shower. Only three pillows for two guests. Very shabby.
Reception when we arrived very poor, just not in the least interested.Upon departure the young lady was very professional.

It was very easy to find, just off the autoroute. Veey easy to book a room whilst driving on the autoroute.confirmation was instant. Close to restaurants or fast food outlets and a supermarket. Though there was a restaurant at the Campanile. Breakfast was good. Rooms clean and warm. Beds cosy. Bathroom was clean. Plenty of hot water. Soap and shower gel in dispensers.
Fantastic value for a stop over. Kettle for hot drinks in the room. TV.
It was all fine. If anything the carpet & flooring were tired looking, in our room, but appeared as clean as could be considering how many people must pass through.

We liked the restaurant menu and food. Great breakfast selection.
Helpful staff.
The time queueing to pay on the morning of departure, due to slow client, who wanted to pay by cheque. It made our departure later than planned.

Beds were not as comfortable as other Campaniles.
Requested ground floor room in advance at time of booking. We were informed only on day of arrival that no ground floor rooms were available.

The hotel is in a very convenient location for travel with a very decent restaurant
I asked for a ground floor as I was elderly. They gave me a room with disability facilities which was fine but the shower was a wet room which when used flooded the floor making it difficult to use the washbasin or toilet without bare feet. A squeegee was provided and I was able to prevent water going into the bedroom. Everything else was fine

Good location, secure parking, clean and tidy rooms, good breakfast. Great for a one night stop.
Air conditioning would have made it a much better stay as the weather was hot so difficult night sleep.
