Easy access to the motorway. Clean and friendly staff. Good breakfast
Unfortunately the restaurant is only open Monday to Thursday so staying Saturday night we couldn’t get anything to eat.

Welcome from reception, in particular Lilly. Free drink brought to our room due to the hotel refurbishment not complete. Great location to motorway. Comfortable bed. Quiet room as requested. Good selection at breakfast.
Bathroom towels could be replaced.

It was typical Ibis. Sufficient for our overnight needs, clean, compact, before travelling on. Access from the motorway was with metres so ideally situated.
Friendly staff variety of breakfast.
Value for money.
No kettle.

Nothing.
On arrival we were told that the hotel was being redecorated so there was no Wi-Fi or air conditioning. This was not mentioned at the time of booking, nor subsequently. In addition the entire building, including the bedrooms, reeked of fresh paint. The rooms are very small with scarcely enough room to get out of bed. The lights on the staircase were not working nor did they benefit from any natural light, so using the stairs was quite hazardous, especially for an 82 year old. The Receptionist made no apology for any of this and seemed totally disinterested in our disappointment with the state of the building and lack of facilities. As we had arrived at 19:20 after driving all day, we were too tired to look for alternative accommodation, so reluctantly checked in. The breakfast buffet was very limited, especially compared with other Ibis Styles hotels, such as the one in Bourges for instance. All in all, I doubt this hotel was even as good as the Ibis Budget in Orleans. Frankly, given the lack of facilities and customer service, I think we should have been charged no more than 50% of tariff. Moreover, it is hard to see how Accor can classify this as a “Styles” hotel, even when the redecorating is complete.

Convenient location for motorway
Very disappointed. The hotel is worn out. Threadbare carpet in room, tired bathroom, just generally very shabby. Not what I usually experience with an IBIS Styles hotel. Staff were good though. Hotel needs refurbishing. Room wasn’t worth the €140 I paid

The carpet looked run down and felt grubby
Carpet needs changing, it does not give a good impression.

Friendly staff, nice breakfast included. Location for a mid-journey stop-over.
This hotel is very tired. It's decor, fixtures and fittings have had their best. The walls of the rooms are incredibly thin, consequently I had a terrible sleep being woken up by other guests early alarm clocks, inconsiderate volume, and general to and fro in the corridor. The bed was very soft.

Whole hotel is very old and run down. However, it was clean and breakfast was go.
quite old and scruffy.

Convenience and location just off the motorway. Breakfast was good. Staff were pleasant.
It was a bit dated and basic, fine for a one-night stay, but quite expensive.

Near the highway. Confortable beds.
Accoustic insulation of the room was very poor. We could hear clearly our neighbours. All night long !

The room was fine with a very comfortable bed.
The bathroom was s little small.

Easy to find off the autoroute. Breakfast was regularly replenished and plentiful. The room was larger than most positioned off the motorway with good parking.
It's a shame that the hotel doesn't have a restaurant although I understand that there is a restaurant within walking distance.

too small room for an Ibis Styles, very standard room nothing fancy or ‘stylish’
9.0 / 10.0
convenient to the autoroute and several restaurants.
On arrival the toilet in our allocated room was continually flushing. no matter how I tried I could not stop it so asked Daiana on reception for a different room At first she said that the hotel was fully booked and she could not give us a different room. I asked to cancel the booking and for a refund of the money paid, which she could not do. I went back up to the room , collected our luggage, returned to the reception and said that I was not going to stay there and I would make a complaint and a claim through Booking.com she found another room. I think she must have spoken to someone on the phone as today I had a phone call from Lily asking if I enjoyed my stay and apologising for the initial problem. I have stayed at this hotel on many occasions on my trips down to Southwest France and shall continue to use it in the future. hopefully there will be no further problems.
