Basic hotel, basic breakfast, basic room, nothing 'stylish' about it. The bathroom tap didn't extend fully over the sink, so water was always running around the edge of the sink. Bed was comfortable, air con worked fine, the staff were helpful and friendly.

Exactly as you would expect - standard Ibis, clean and has all the basics. Receptionist was excellent on the evening we checked in, really helpful. Breakfast is cold buffet plus a toaster, but wide selection, coffee etc plentiful. Would stay there again if in the area, good parking and short drive to town centre.

Located 5 km or so outside Orleans city centre, easily accessible from the highways. Free parking. Comfortable and clean modern hotel with nice sized room and bathroom. Was supposed to have free wifi which did not work all evening and until midday next day - was only given a shrug by the staff member on duty at the desk, saying no help was available from the wifi company as it was a holiday. He did however waive the pet fee when I mentioned the inconvenience of not having internet access. Price of the room included a continental buffet breakfast and so quite reasonable.

Receptionist on our arrival (Tues 28 August) was very helpful and friendly. She made us feel very welcome and could not do enough to help. Her attitude and the cleanliness of the room/hotel has persuaded us to use your hotels again. In addition, we had a lovely meal in the restaurant that evening. Perfect location for the motorway. Overall a perfect overnight stopover for our family. Thanks.
