Check in did not go smooth, called 24/7 service and waited 4/5 minutes on the line with no answer finally figured it out our self. cigar smell in our room when we arrived. Room was dirty, bathroom molded And to top it, cleaner came in just around 8 and woke us up.

Perfect stop over

At first the automated check in was frustrating but then it made so much sense that the low cost of staff left them to concentrate on what you actually need, a clean comfortable and quite room that was absolutely perfect for a break when travelling south through the centre of France

Friendly welcome with excellent recommendation for all you can eat Grill restaurant nearby. Impressed with mezzanine style to accommodate the double and two singles. Great shower and plentiful breakfast

The climb to the second floor was challenging but with split level stairs easier than expected. Extremely narrow road around perimeter passable depending on vehicle length of other guests at corners

All we want is a bed for the night and places nearby to eat and drink and this is perfect for that.

You say I asked for a quiet room. I didn't. I asked for a ground floor room. We got this so I was happy.

Never again- previous stays in première classe far better.

Bathroom clean, towels soft.

Room furthest away, top floor. Smelt so bad of stale cigarettes it kept us awake all night and made us nauseous. Had a young child with us. Too cold and tired to try and reach someone to complain to. Staircase dirty. Breakfast passable. No toaster. Jams looked like they were leftovers from previous customers. Poor choice of cereals.

My compliments to Thamcia(hope I spelled it correctly) for been very courteous and professional. She went out of her way to get information for me regarding a laundromat,tram and bus service and restaurants. Next morning I missed breakfast and she very kindly made me coffee and gave me croissants. I was travelling by motorcycle to Caen and having something to eat before I headed off was great. It may not be a 5star hotel but having staff that are professional and courteous makes this one. Thank you for all.

Adequate accommodation but needs redecoration

Very convenient for autoroute. Comfortable bed. There are also a few restaurants within walking distance of the hotel

It was adequate for a place to sleep for one night on the road, but I would not recommend to stay longer than necessary The room needed to be redecorated. The carpet is worn and the facilities seem aged. Some traffic noise of trucks leaving early in the morning

Good for 1 night in travelling. Close tram stop-if you have time, easy to visit centre of orleans. Close market, cafe. Easy no contact entrance to hotel.

Location great for breaking up a long journey. Easy to access room using out of hours terminal (we didn’t see any staff as we arrived late). I liked the family room with twin beds on a mezzanine floor, although the stairs up were steep. Room clean.
