A very clean hotel in a good location, very close to good restaurants and the tram to Orleans. The room was described as superior. But it was far from it. It was very small, and extremely hot, even though it was quite cold outside. A huge curtain hides a very small window, which we had open every minute that we were there. The place requires aircon, or at least a fan. The bed was quite hard. Only 1 small pillow supplied. The shower is hand held, and yet you need 2 hands to squeeze and catch the shower gel from the bottle. No power point close to a mirror. No kettle, which is usually standard in Kyraid hotels. The breakfast room was very small. The meal itself, looked basic, but fresh. The parking was good, right outside the hotel. I have stayed in worse places, but i have no desire to return.

The staff (Kevin?) were friendly and the rooms very clean, but we opted to upgrade to a larger two bedded room. The double bedded rood was smaller. . . I'd have hated to see it as you couldn't swing a cat round in ours. That said I couldn't fault it otherwise. It was really easy to find off the peage and had good parking. Auchan is just down the block. Wish they had tea and coffee facilities.

Weather was super hot when you arrived. Fantastic place to stay for a night or two if journeying further south. Place is spotlessly clean. Got everything you would need for a good nights sleep. The hotel doesn’t have aircon though so room can get very hot, plus no fan so if it’s 38° outside like it was when we stayed on our return it can get hot. But that’s a minor issue. Just have a shower in the morning before you leave and your fresh ready to go, The hotel does do a nice little breakfast if needed but the breakfast area is small so not ideal with excited little children but perfect for more grown up families or couples etc. would definitely stay again if we were off to the south of France or Spain as it’s only about 4.5 hours just over from the tunnel or ferry port in Calais. There is also a gigantic Auchan supermarket a stones throw away so you can stock up on anything needed for the next leg of your trip. The staff are lovely and are so willing to help, even in English if your French is patchy like mine!!.

It is what it is, you get what you pay for, clean and comfortable. No air conditioning, which is stated but it was very stuffy in the morning. We checked in on the machine so didn’t meet a reception but the house keeping people were really lovely.

We were only there overnight. The hotel is very conveniently situated to the motorway A71 and the Buffalo Grill restaurant, which is why I chose it. It is a no-frills hotel. We took the larger room, but even that is pretty small with not much space around the bed. However, perfectly okay for a one night stay. Extremely clean. The room seems to be recently renovated and the shower tiles make the bathroom look fresh and very pleasing, however whoever did the work on the shower room seems not to have thought of usability of the shower itself. The showerhead is fixed to the wall at 4ft from the floor! This means that you have to hold the showerhead in your hand while taking a shower. Also, noticed that the grouting in the corner of the shower had not been done properly so water goes into the 2 inch wide opening, which will eventually cause problems.

I was very disappointed because my room was allocated to another customer while I was occupied this room. This one open the room while we were inside, lucky I was inside. While speak to the receptionist, she told me that was a mistake from the system. For me this could not happen if you were organised.

Had no idea that this was a poorer grade hotel to the normal Kyriad. The booking stated reception operated till 10pm but our arrival at 8.30pm was met with a machine for entry. No persons on site to meet needs like extra pillows. Very small room with barely adequate facilities. Felt uneasy about parking security. Will not return.

We were running late for check in after visiting castles and a very slow meal. The hotel staff stayed late at the desk so they would still be there when we arrived. This is not a scenic location but a place to stay the night before heading back out for more sight seeing. Close to shopping, highway and food. We had four people and were able to stay comfortably in one room. Bathroom is real big.

De toegewezen kamer 205 ontzettend klein! Douche/badkamer zo klein dat je je kont niet fatsoenlijk kon keren. Ontbijtzaal op de begane grond ook veel te klein. De stoelen bij de kleine tafeltjes zo mogelijk nog kleiner. Behalve de goede matrassen op de bedden is dit hotel eigenlijk het meest geschikt voor kleine mensen/dwergen etc. Volgende keer wordt het weer een B&B hotel in Orleans.
