Nice flat but fridge broken

The flat is comfortable and luminous. The beds are comfortable. The decorations is nice. All was clean and quiet. The location is very central and convenient.

The fridge was broken. We lost the food we had put in there. We realised one or 2 days before leaving and messaged the team straight away. But we got no response. The day of our departure I got a message saying that they were going to come and check and if it was indeed broken, would be ready to do a commercial gesture. I started to hope we would be reimbursed for some of the food we have lost... but we never heard from them again. The kitchen could be better supplied. I didn't find any colander which is quite critical for me when travelling with kids.

Superb

This flat was great for a small family. We stayed a week. The facilities are all really nice - bathroom, kitchenette, appliances etc with nice decor. It's in a quiet district near the main square and cathedral. Staff met us to handover keys - although no parking directly there they provide pass for Cathedral car park and its possible to drive up to unload.

Good apart from teh problesm on arrival

The location is fantastic very close to the cathedral and the apprat6ment very stylish and clearly recently done.

Noone met us at the agreed time to give us the keys and we had a lot of problems contacting them. Access by car is almost impossible as it is behind barriers - none of this was explained in advamce. Frankly getting to the place was a nightmare! The parking was in a very narrow garage - also very difficult to find. A map would have been very useful.

Parking was a nightmare. Parking garage was not close if you had to drag heavy luggage, in fact impossible. Garage was so small that driver had to literally squeeze out. Any bigger person would not have been able to get out. Parking at apartment was impossible.

It is located in the center of the old historic town so it is good for people who like to visit such places. After sunset, very interesting light shows are projected on the walls of the cathedral. If you have a car, you can arrange one-day trips to Paris and some of the Loire Valley castles.

there is no breakfast at this property . the apartment is good and big . very nice for a family. the kitchen is full :) there is everything you need for cooking :)

I didn't like the kitchen size ,,,too small ... at bathroom need rack inside shower. and there is missing a curtain for kitchen window....neighbor can see me all the day till seating room . and please kitchen need urgent repair (see picture )

Perfect location, very quirky property

hinges need some oiling, at least one tablet for dishwasher would be useful. Property comes with garage nearby, but for standard vehicle, ours was too big and had rooftop.

A very charming apartment in a great central location. Good sized bedrooms and living space with a well equipped kitchen and bathroom, all very tastefully decorated. We hope to have the opportunity to stay another time. Thoroughly recommend it.

La douche était bouchée et l'évier de la cuisine s'évacue dans un seau qu'il faut vider tous les jours ... C'est dommage, j'étais venue l'an passé et tout était super... La literie a vieilli elle aussi

Chartres, magnifique !

L'excellent emplacement dans l'hypercentre de Chartres. Les locaux étaient chauffés à notre arrivée. Des consommables ( savons, café, thé, produit l-v et lessive...même si nous ne les avons pas utilisés!) = super attention pour les visiteurs. Le parking tout proche.

Première expérience d'arrivée autonome( pas habitués à ce caractère impersonnel) Le Qr code qui ne fonctionne pas pour la parking....

Logement confortable, décoré avec goût avec tout le nécessaire pour passer quelques jours sur Chartres. l'emplacement est très chouette car en plein centre mais dans une cour au calme. la récupération des clés se fait facilement et l'accès au parking est un vrai plus très appréciable. je recommande ce logement sans soucis.

Ausgezeichnete Lage mit gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Die Aufteilung der hellen Wohnung mit großzügigem Wohn- und Essbereich neben der durch eine Tür abgeteilten Küche (mit Fenster) und den beiden separaten Schlafzimmern mit bequemen Betten (Doppelbett; zwei Einzelbetten) war sehr schön. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was nötig ist für vier Personen. Waschmaschine, Gestell zum Wäschetrocknen, Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen sind praktisch bei einem längeren Aufenthalt. Zwei Waschbecken und eine wunderbar große Dusche (mit Regendusche) im Bad mit ausreichend Hand- und Duschtüchern sowie das separate WC waren angenehm. Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock in einer sehr ruhigen schmalen Sackgasse direkt hinter der Kathedrale; die Altstadt ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Mit einem größeren Auto ist die Zufahrt schwierig; man kann das Gepäck besser eine Straße vorher ausladen. Zur Wohnung gehört ein Parkplatz im direkt an der Kathedrale gelegenen Parkhaus; zur Ein- und Ausfahrt benutzt man den QR-Code, der am Tag vor der Anreise per Mail zugeschickt wurde. Der Schlüssel zur Wohnung lag in einem Schlüsselkasten an der Agentur bereit - ca. 2 Minuten zu Fuß von der Wohnung entfernt; der Code zum Öffnen des Kastens kam per Mail mit dem OR-Code für den Parkplatz. Wegen Schwierigkeiten mit dem WLAN habe ich mehrfach mit der Agentur per Mail Kontakt aufnehmen müssen; die Antworten kamen sofort (auch am Wochenende!) und es wurde so lange überlegt, bis das Problem zu meiner Zufriedenheit behoben war. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder!

Es gab leider nur einen Schlüssel; ein zweiter Schlüssel bei mehreren Personen wäre sehr wünschenswert.

Parfait (ou presque) !

Excellente position géographique, dans une impasse calme, juste à côté de la cathédrale. L’appartement est très bien aménagé, spacieux et confortable. Nous y avons passé un très agréable séjour.

Notre séjour aurait été encore plus réussi si nous avions pu commencer la journée avec un bon café. Malheureusement, la machine à café fonctionne très mal, et le café n’est pas bon.

Cet appart n’était pas très adapté avec des enfants (des vis qui dépassaient de meubles, la chambre des enfants avec des rideaux non opaques, des escaliers un peu dangereux pour monter à l’appartement). La carte du parking fournie avec l’appartement ne fonctionnait pas.

Appartement bien situé dans quartier très calme proche de la cathédrale et du centre ville ancien. Appartement spacieux et bien équipé. Salle de bains avec large douche appréciable après une journée de balade.

Nous avons passé une bonne nuit dans cet appartement, agréablement situé et joliment rénové.. Il convient de lire attentivement les consignes pour la place de parking et la récupération de clés, sinon ça peut être compliqué.
