Convenient, last minute accommodation after out booking elsewhere was cancelled. Accomodating host. Kitchenette. On-site parking.
Bedroom was small, luggage needed to be stored/accessed in the sitting room. Only a minor inconvenience during a short stay.

Excellent location to use as a base to travel around and see the area. Loch Ness is just down the road. About 3hr drive to Isle Of Skye, which we did for a day.
Nothing we didn't like really The only thing we could have done with was a clothes horse to aire our damp clothing.

The location was very good, near town and quiet. The hosts were very helpful and friendly.
The Nook is very warm and cosy. We enjoyed our stay.
Good to get free parking.
Hard to get rid of the heat but apparently Inverness was quite hot for the week we were there.

Self contained wee apartment with all you needed to use as a base and full privacy to come and go as you liked
Difficult to think of any improvements that could be made as the space available was utilised as best possible by owner

The place is ideal location as we were on foot and once we got our bearings it was ideal access to most places and atttractions.
It is very warm in the sunshine so better to keep the curtains closed when going out.the host did warn us it is abot of a sun trap.

Location was great. Clean and modern.
The coffee could have been better but this did not affect our overall opinion of the Nook and we would stay here again.

The Nook is lovely and cosy, and we loved the Scottish flair. We really appreciated the extra touches; provisions for breakfast, some toiletries and a bottle of wine. Ideal for short stays, and we would definitely come back.

Lovely accomodation in a quiet area of town but still easy to get into the city centre
It is a small space but that's exactly as advertised so not an issue

Everything needed to make meals. Lovely decor, attention to detail. Seating outside. Underfloor heating. Thick fluffy towels. Well maintained. Information manual for accommodation as well as leaflets for area and tourist attractions. Smart TV with Netflix. Table and chairs to enjoy a meal. Mood lighting. Cleaning products available. Comfortable mattrsss and bedding. Bus stop across the road (we travelled during festive period so limited timetable but taxi prices are reasonable and walk into town about 20mins). River walk about 10 mins walk. Tesco nearby as well as Asda which is a short drive. Next to motor way links to various areas. Quiet residential area. Host also provided a welcoming basket with goodies!
We visited Nairn beach, Rosemarkie for the fairy glen (a must see) and chardoney point to look for dolphins.

Lovely little place to stay when visiting for a weekend. I was through to run the marathon and I couldn’t have asked for a better location. Very clean and very comfortable. Didn’t meet the host but she was easily contactable and got in touch to give me all the information I needed.
I was told I’d be provided with e.g milk on arrival so I deliberately didn’t buy any but on arrival there was nothing so that was a little disappointing! On check out your told to place all used bedding and towels in a bin bag however no bags provided ? expected to provide your own ? the check out info needs updated

The flat was nice, especially the bathroom and terrace. It is really silent.
The bed was very small for two people and the toaster activated the fire alarm. The TV connection was bad. It is quite far away, but that is only a problem if you depend on public transport.

I found the Nook very cute and tidy/clean and appreciate the dairy/chocolates/biscuits in the room upon arrival. We also liked that it's renovated and very modern inside, with wifi speakers embedded on the ceiling.
The place itself is quite tiny (probably the smallest property I've stayed in) and the garden is shared with the owner, with family clothes and toys around the garden which doesn't offer much privacy for a couple.

Cleanliness & quiet, milk in the fridge, choccies and bottles of water were great, nice welcoming by host, a lovely little ‘nook’ for a short stay in Inverness, recommended.
Could be a bit claustrophobic for for those that suffer from such. Only criticism was no wardrobe or drawers for clothing, perhaps a small slim unit e.g. ikea unit for hanging with a couple of small slim drawers or similar by the fireplace left side of front door might improve..

The Nook is a cosy & quiet base to explore Inverness and the surroundings. The owner was extremely kind and was quick to answer questions via booking.com. The place was incredibly clean, and had everything you could need. We also enjoyed the 30 minute walk into town along the river. It was warm and dry so really nice to move after having dinner. We really enjoyed staying here and would highly recommend The Nook!
Please note it is a compact space which makes it very cosy! Which is why we loved it!

Had everything needed for a cosy stay in terms of appliances and facilities. Very clean on the inside, working TV and basic amenities to see us through. Great location near a Tesco Extra. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating.
Bed was a little bit small. The couch was also not the comfiest. A bit far out of the centre of town but this isn't a major issue; there is a direct bus route and it's not a problem if driving.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The small kitchen did contain everything you need to cook a fine meal. You could choose how to arrange yourself within the tiny appartement: you could set up the dining table and get out some stool out of the couch storage space. The bed was very comfortable. In this appartement with love for interior decoration you could feel at home and relax. The possibility to listen to music via bluetooth made it seem just perfect for me. Thanks so much for the wonderful stay and the lovely host caring for her guests so much.
As I enjoy cooking and I like soup and making stew, I would have preferred to have bigger cooking pot. I like tea, so a small tea pot would have been fine. But that are just "nice to have".

Lovely welcoming touches added by host. Shower room excellent
Bed was very small not even a double size. Bedroom area too small.
Nowhere to hang clothes apart from a couple of hangers on the wall. Bit difficult for a stay of more than 1 night and we were there for 5.

Very clean and well presented apartment. Good to have a smart TV and wireless speaker in living area and bathroom. Appreciated the Prosecco and tablet on arrival and also the extras of milk, eggs, condiments, tea, coffee and biscuits. Well supplied kitchen, with enough utensils to cook a meal. Sunny room with lovely seating area out front. Bed and pillows comfortable, comfy L shaped sofa in living area to strecth out your legs. Good shower. Enjoyed the 30 minute walk to and from work in the city centre along the lovely river Ness
The bedroom is a bit compact, I was alone so not sure how it would have been for two people. The bath towel was very small and new therefore hard to dry with. Would have liked a bigger mirror near a plug for hairdrying etc, small vanity mirror under the bed was a bit small. It was very hot but fans available to use to cool down, would have liked to keep bedroom window open overnight but as it opened onto the hosts garden it felt intrusive. The apartment is located in the drive and side garden of a home in a residential area which may put people off.
