Near the Ness River and a pleasant walk to downtown. Comfortable and well appointed rooms including a blacksmith/horse theme, a lovely secluded patio to relax in outdoors. Had everything that we needed for our stay. Lots of hot water that started up quickly.

A very convenient location, close to downtown, a quiet neighbourhood, easy parking.
The stairs were quite steep up to the bedrooms, which were a bit of a challenge with heavy suitcases. Speaking of course from an older person's point of view!

It was warm and friendly. The beds were very comfortable. Instructions were good. It was a very quiet locality despite being very near lots of other houses. Good parking. There is a lovely little garden to the rear. Great fluffy towels!
The shower was above the bath and was very efficient but the water didn’t drain well. It was a fine size for two people of medium height but I would think it would be quite cramped for four and if you were tall you’d be likely to bang your head off the low bedroom ceilings.
