We supplied our own breakfast .
The attitude of the cleaner on the morning we were due to leave . She knocked at the door just after 1030 am , my friend answered the door the women said to her you are in you PJs you leaving like that my friend said no I will get dressed to be told you need to be out now exit time is 1030 we thought it was 11 am simple error . Anyway 2 cleaners entered starting emptying bins , going into bathroom and bedroom while my friend was getting organised in a rush as we had to get out . I couldn't believe anyone would behave like this considering check in time in booking .com states between 1600 hrs and 2300 hrs . I went downstairs to ask if she would mind giving us just 10 minutes and we would get ready to get out much sooner , to be told she didn't have time she needed the place cleaned as the next check in was at 12 md which meant the house was getting no big clean for the next guests . I also said I had friends who had planed to stay but I would now tell them to reconsider her reply was do that I don't care . She went into my friends room and said that lady is very rude referring to me as to which my friend gave no reply . To be honest I will admit I gave her as good as I got . I am sure most folk would totally understand a simple misunderstanding and be reasonable . My 2 friends said absolutely nothing due to being in absolute SHOCk at that women's behaviour , spoilt what to that point had been a perfect weekend. All we had in the fridge was a pint of milk she flung the fridge door open took the milk out asked are you taking that will you how awful to have an attitude like that women had .

Staff replied to questions quickly and effectively, location and facilities were great. If we lived closer we would be back. Parking was a bonus.

The privacy for our group. Very cozy and felt like home.
No dryer for clothes, but I realize that's pretty much the expectation here in Scotland. Just glad to be able to wash a few clothes.

Unfortunately I cannot rate The Cobblers as after paying I was contacted by the host to say that the accommodation was not available due to an ‘ongoing problem’ not further specified. The host did provide alternative accommodation which was OK but not what I had booked.
We paid for a specific accommodation which then became unavailable at the last minute. Although the host arranged somewhere else for us, we had booked the original months in advance to be close to the start and finish of the Inverness half marathon. The alternative accommodation was OK but just not what we had booked.
