drying function of the washing machine is NOT working at all. Our clothes are still wet and glad that we stayed 2 nights, otherwise got in big trouble. Also the room size is bit small.

Beautiful apartment in ideal location

Beautifully styled apartment. Spacious, very comfortable and clean, comfy bed and nice modern bathroom. Lovely well stocked kitchen with a very nice welcome hamper including a bottle of wine. Location is superb just down from the Cathedral, short easy walk to town, pubs etc. Easy parking with allocated spot.

Cute bijou base in the heart of Inverness!

Right near the centre of Inverness so very handy. Has everything you need for a short stay.

No air con or fan. A bit squashed - they certainly make the most of the tiny space but it is very tiny! So I’m not sure I would cope any longer than a night or two.

Great stay, feels like home

We had a wonderful stay at Croft House Apartment. The space is very nice, exceptionally clean, spacious, and comfortable. It feels like a real home, with everything you might need thoughtfully provided. The design and decoration are stylish and the location is excellent. A quiet street but still very central. Everything is well kept and clearly cared for, which makes the stay very relaxing.

A couple of small notes: there is a particular smell in the apartment (likely from the water system), so perhaps a scented home spray would be nice. Also, darker curtains in the bedroom could help for those who are sensitive to light in the mornings. Finally, the walls are a little thin, so you can sometimes hear activity from upstairs. That said, it was very quiet at night during our stay, and we didn’t have any issues.

The apartment is very clean, neat and tidy. The location is very central and they have private parking in front of the house.

It was our family trip around Scotland travelling from far and my husband had to carry 3 big suitcases up and down the stairs to all rooms. Yes the apartment is actually as it is named, exactly like a tree house. The place is all about stairs..!🤔 When you enter the apartment, a very steep staircase welcomes you - not the one you see at the photo album, and it is not the only one. After having walked all the woods and castles around Inverness, or you drove 3 hours from south by car, you still have to spare some calories to burn while climbing up this ‘tree house 😃🫤 I fell very ill during our stay and it was not very easy 😞 for me to put effort and move around the house.

I wish this was my home - beautiful, luxurious place by Inverness Cathedral

Everything about this place was gorgeous, high end, and focused on the details. There was a small bottle of milk, shortbread and tea. The linens were luxurious and the decor was beautiful. Bright and spacious for a 1 bedroom. Our kids slept on the sofa bed and that was comfy and made up beautifully too.

A great place for a family break in Inverness

Fantastic apartment right in the heart of Inverness making it a great base from which to explore the Highlands. Nicely furnished and very comfortable for a family stay. Easy access and plenty of parking available. Can highly recommend the nearby Bakery too!

The kitchen could benefit from an oven if you are planning on self-catering.

Lovely apartment, but think about the doors!

Spacious apartment. Comfortable bed. Beautiful bathroom.

Kitchen facilities were limited - no oven. All internal doors were heavy fire doors that creaked loudly and alarmingly as you moved from room to room. Bathroom door was the exception - but that had a long panel of opaque glass in it that gave no privacy whatsoever. If the light was on (which it had to be, as the bathroom had no window), anyone standing in the hall could see EVERYTHING that was happening in the bathroom!

Cosy, comfortable and extremely convenient

The apartment was well appointed with all creature comforts for a 2 night stay - we wish we could have stayed longer! The location was really close to the city centre but still further out enough for it to be secluded and quiet. We loved the bakery at the end of the street too.

Absolutely beautiful apartments Day.

This property is absolutely gorgeous. Everything is top-notch, beautifully decorated, and designed to make you as comfortable as possible. The decor is unmatched in any place we’ve been on this trip. There is a washer dryer unit. The kitchen is fully stocked with what you would need. The location is also top notch, just a block away from the main street in town. Stunning property! Oh, and we love that we had a parking spot.

It gets warm at night so we could have used a fan. I’m surprised at how few places in Scotland have a fan for summer. There are fire doors on every room in the unit and they are very big and heavy. I understand the need for them, but it cuts off the different rooms in the apartment. It makes it hard to navigate the apartment. The last thing is, I absolutely hate glass on bathroom doors. You can’t see completely through it, but why on earth would anybody put glass on the bathroom door? The one place that you really need privacy.

A lovely quiet place away from the hustle & bustle of Inverness .

we have stayed here before and loved the location, this time we stayed in the but & ben, i was not aware of the bed filling most of the width of the bedroom, as we are both 80, it was quite difficult to get in & out, not sure now if it is stated in the description, we will use this place for future stop overs when in Inverness but make sure we get more information on room ,Regards Judith

The decor was superb in the "Running Hare" room.Very cute but subtle rabbit/hare images in textiles (and the cutest rabbit egg cups!). Very luxurious but also relaxed style. Smeg fridge for a pop of colour. Cosy bed and reading nook with abundance of cushions and beautiful finishes.

Exceptionally well appointed accommodation - we will be back

This property is an exceptionally high standard and the hosts highly friendly and professional. The lights were on for us when we arrived, the place was lovely and warm and facilities absolutely the best you could ask for. Parking was easy and there were EV charging points available although on this occasion we didn't need them. The furnishings are superbly comfortable and high end.

The location is very close to the city center and to all the amenities. Wonderful for a short walk to the Ness River and the city center. Convenient parking within premises. Spotless cleanness and wonderful modern apartment. Easy check in process. Would go back again.

Masterpiece of art that also works as a great apartment!!

Incredible experience living here! Truly a piece of art given the way it's built, decorated and maintained! Facilities were excellent with kitchen supplies including tea coffee welcome gift etc. Bathroom was also very spacious and well stocked. There's books, board games, extra bed supplies, gigantic TV, and everything else you could imagine to keep you comfortable. Even the corridor and lobby are decorated impeccably. Parking facility also very useful.

Very comfortably equiped, good looking appartment.

They have thought about everything to have comfortable stay. Fully equipted kitchen helped us to have nice family breakfast, especially we enjoyed espresso machine. They even provide bathrobes! Nice interior details. I recommend to plan extra time just to relax in your room and enjoy comfort and interior of this house.

Cooking oil could be provided othervise it's a challenge to fry your breakfast sausages but we managed without it.

We stayed in the Scottish Thistle room which was excellent. A very well presented property in general. Comfortable rooms with all all the right modern amenities. The bathroom was spacious and loved the heated floors. Access was simple with dedicated parking. We would have stayed a further night if available

Lovely stay close to the center!

Everything about this place was top notch! Jo was amazing in accommodating us. Towels were thick and luxurious. Beds were comfy. Sheets were clean and inviting. Loved all the details. The welcome basket with wine, shortbread, fresh bread, milk, chips etc was such a nice touch!

Doors are noisy and there’s a faint light shining above the ceiling at night in the attic. It’s a minor inconvenience for all the other pluses.
