location was good: quiet; nice walk along the river to botanical gardens and into town
we had to ask to move to finish our dinner as we were blasted out by a noisy office party near us in the restaurant;

The property faces River Ness and in a more peaceful and pretty area. It is only about 10 mins walk to the town centre. Staff was helpful and polite. Apartment 3 has modern bathrooms and comfortable beds.
The hotel breakfast was just passable.
Apartment 3 flooring needs some improvement and the cleaning of the interior of the fridge, washing machine and dishwasher could be better. The drain hole in the bathroom downstairs needs to be cleared as water was draining quite slowly. It also has a winding staircase to the attic bedroom.

Nice, modern space. Very clean and comfortable with lots of room for our family of 4. Great location right in town. Shower and heat worked well. Ample parking. Staff were so friendly and helpful. With we had stayed longer!
