Wonderful, absolutely love these apartments this one has got to be the best one yet and been in a lot of them.

I am a very loyal customer to these apartments, I have been coming for years and I mean years! Well worth the money, however preferred when the parking was free as I have had 1 issue. But only one. A lot for not getting to park in your space.

I was there at New Year and another car was parked in my allocated apartment space which I had paid £45 for! This was for 3 nights stay, I contacted the number to be told to park in another space for highland apartment staff but none were available from a lady in Dundee. So I then had to move my car to the nearby cathedral car park approx 10 min walk. At an extra cost of £5.00 per night, I did speak to a member of staff who told me that there was nothing they could do. So 2 day parking paid and on the last day we got our car parked back in time for going home. Thankfully as we had taken a lot of things with us being new year. It’s not a negative but upset the start of a beautiful time away.

Beautiful spacious apartment in the centre of Inverness with the most amazing view of the city and river ness. Peaceful, comfortable, modern and clean. Everything in the apartment was well thought out. Staff were so helpful and friendly.

Gorgeous apartment with fantastic views from the balcony over the River Ness and city. Bed super comfortable and a great selection of teas. Everything you needed for a comfortable relaxing stay. We cant wait to return.

We both felt the sofas could do with updating but did not impact our stay.

After walking around the highlands, the apartment was a great place to relax.

Instructions were clear, and I paid extra for the basement secure parking. It was a great location, next to the River Ness and just a short walk to Castle Inverness. It had two bathrooms, with a nice shower and a bath in the other. We used the kitchen to make breakfast, and the small milk in the refridgerator was a nice touch.

We had one of the back apartments. Still nice with a truncated view of the river. It would have been nice to have a view in the front, but not necessary as we were comfortable where we were.

location was excellent, (located in the centre but absolutely no street noise heard at all) stunning views over the River Ness, (loved the balcony) Apartment was very high quality, spacious and spotlessly clean, secure building and very quiet. stunning & very modern apartment with everything that you could need. great communication before arrival

Everything was amazing, very minimal thing and did not impact our stay but could maybe benefit from some coat hooks in the hall and maybe a handrail for exiting the shower over the main bath.

Disappointing stay

Convenient location, easy access via codes

Apartment was dirty, large pot of used cigarette ends on balcony - despite it being a non smoking booking. Floors creaked, lift did not work to basement level on one side. Shower was restricted as the head almost met the glass partition, the partition itself was low down meaning the cross beam was a hazard. Contractors entered the apartment completely ignoring the do not disturb sign. Raised issues on the app and took 3 hrs for a reply, to which i was told management would be in touch, this is yet to happen more than 24hrs later. Paid parking not disclosed at booking - had to spend a further 45 pounds

Lovely apartment and great location but read on …

The apartment was very well presented. Comfortable and very clean.

The fact the lifts didn’t work. We are in our 70’s with dodgy knees and booked the apartment as it had a lift. We were on the 3rd floor which was quite difficult especially for my husband who uses a walking stick. Apparently the lifts have been a problem for sometime (months) according to an owner of one of the other units. I believe we should have been aware there may be a problem with them.

Everything was so lovely, staff was helpful both online and in preparing and keeping the accommodations clean. Maybe having a few more kitchen towels for cleaning up and drying dishes.

The location can’t be beat. The apartments are right in the middle of downtown Inverness. The views from the balcony are amazing. The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could need.

The apartment you book through the pictures might not be the one you actually end up staying in. We booked an apartment that had a bathtub for our one year old in the pictures, but the apartment we were assigned just had showers.

The server for Netflix was down , i did let them know and said they would put someone down the next day if it didnt work , so it still didnt work, but because we were leaving the next day i felt it wasnt worth fixing for one night. But the rest of the Tv was okay.

Security was worrying. Front door to building has no security code for entry as door damaged in storm and not yet repaired. So anyone can access the building. On our first night, at 1.30am, we were woken by loud banging on door - 6 police officers were following up a claim that someone was throwing eggs from the terrace. On our 6th night, at 10.30pm, a man tried to get in through the apt door - rattling handle and pushing on door. Took some time to convince him to go away. Very unnerving. No staff on site so no-one to ask for assistance.

Loved everything. Two huge bedrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, a gigantic living area with massive wrap-around windows. Multiple balconies, ideally located in central Inverness, right on the water. Within walking distance of the train/bus station(s), shops, restaurants, everything. There are literally three restaurants downstairs, plus a Primark. Wow.

Location. Wonderful terrace with the view. Seating room is very comfortable. Comfortable Garage downstairs.

Too loud music from downstairs during the night. One of the rooms without windows and not possible to ventilate it. Kitchen cooking items (knifes, pans, bowls could be better)
