Corran Cottage is the perfect cottage. Centrally located, it is warm and cosy, with comfy beds and everything you need and more! John is a fantastic host, he is so helpful, attentive and friendly. We loved our stay at the Corran Cottage and will definitely be back!!

Excellent . We didn’t want to leave!

It was a lovely unit with a lot of space. The hosts provided us with some mince pies and juice on arrival which was a lovely touch. They also helped us with travel advice!

10/10 - would definitely stay there again!

The location was fabulous! Very close to the town center and many excellent restaurants (and an outstanding bakery!). The amenities were excellent - wonderful showers, comfortable beds, everything was spotless, clear directions and suggestions. Owners were helpful and respectful. We also appreciated the helpful coffee, tea, etc - very kind.

Nothing - all was as expected and advertised, with thoughtful touches also added.

Everything was good! One of the best Airbnb I’ve seen! Carolina and John were very professional and pleasant! Very clean ! Has everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom! Ahhh The bakery at the corner was fantastic! Very walkable to the center

Corran Cottage was perfect for us. Clean, comfortable and cosy. Convenient for everything.

Good location: supermarket, riverside, city centre, restaurants, theatre, cinema all within walking distance. Very quiet and private.

Teapot was not a good pourer. Splashed on wooden dining table so we ended out using it in the kitchen.

Enjoyable stay in Inverness

Clean and well equipped. 2 separate bathrooms was a plus. Good location within walking distance to the city center and supermarket. We love the bakery which is just a few steps away. Great hospitality from the hosts and we enjoyed the stay thoroughly.

Cosy cottage feel and great as home base to explore the Highlands!

The hosts were super kind and helpful. The cottage was very welcoming and cosy feel, and we found everything we needed. The location was within walking distance of the old town. The host organises tours in the area: a big highlight of the trip was our tour to Skye !

A drive to Syke from Inverness is a must!

My cousin and I were extremely pleased to meet such a wonderful couple, John and Caroline. They were very friendly, approachable, and keen to help with any concerns. They both Made our stay so enjoyable that we will always book their apartment whenever we visit Inverness. Can’t say enough about John and Caroline. It felt as if we’ve known them for years! God bless you both.

Very good

Loved how Caroline had recycled/upcycled lots of the furnishings and ornaments herself. Beds were very comfy. Kitchen was very nice with everything we might have needed. The whole unit was immaculately clean

2 seater sofa and chair weren't very comfortable ended up sitting on a dining chair. No windows in living room or kitchen so very dark. Outside area (sun terrace/ garden as described on booking.com) was much smaller than had hoped, what you see in the photos is exactly what you get and only that so I can't really complain. Some small details needed some attention I.e. I very nearly broke the extendable bathroom mirror as when I moved it the screw holding it together fell out, don't need 7 years bad luck or how when having a shower the pressure was poor as hose was leaking at both ends, other bathroom was fine. When sitting in the living room we could hear everything going on in the main house, dog barking, tumble dryer and vacuum cleaner at different times of the day. Not keen on the diffusers in every room had to put them away in a cupboard, it was too much but that's personal preference. Having stayed at 4 different places over 8 days and being spoilt with the Highland soap company products etc, it was disappointing to get aldi everything from hand wash to shortbread biscuits and a bottle of tap water in the fridge. Would cost pennies to upgrade.

Lovely little home from home

Location was great. A hop across from amazing bakery. Nice 10 min walk to inverness centre and perfect to venture out towards Drumnadrochit and beyond. Owners were lovely. Place was clean and well facilitated. Beds were very comfortable. Parking on driveway.

Living room was a little too small for a family of 4 to properly relax. Dining area is a small round table for 4 but all these points were clearly shown in the description of the property anyway. Main bedroom en-suite didn’t have a mixer tap and made an awful noise when half open but this was not a major problem.

Very pleasant host. Immaculate property. The place was as described. Very close to amenities especially bakery round the corner is superb with host of options for breakfast. Vey satisfied with our stay.
