A wee gem of a place close to Inverness centre

Perfect annexe close to Inverness. Spacious and clean and very well appointed. It's such a quiet spot but only 10mins via car to the city centre . Susan is very welcoming and on hand for anything you need. The annexe is dog friendly and there is a huge field just opposite for them to run in. There is an additional £10 per dog charge.

Fabulous Accomodations

Private parking next to the front door of a lovely newly furnished, fully stocked kitchen, immaculately cleaned, self contained apartment. New appliances including stove, oven, refrigerator and washing machine. Nice shower and very comfortable bed. Susan, our host was kind and attentive. 5 star lodging!

Beautiful place for a small family with all the amenities.

Brohar Annexe is a lovely little place perfect for a small family. Its location is very convenient as it has superstores and petrol stations like Tesco and Asda close by. The local attractions are also easily accessible from the property. I would like to specially mention the host, Susan who ensured that she had taken all our requirements in advance and had the villa ready for us. Paul greeted us on our arrival and provided us with useful advice on the spots that we can cover. The property is very well maintained with all the amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back whenever we plan to visit Inverness next.

The Annexe was a great location, as we wanted peace and quiet, and we had a car so getting around was not an issue.

little gem with epic sunset

We are so glad we found this little gem last minute. We were actually running away from different place and really needed to stay somewhere nice and clean. Brohar Annex ticks all the boxes, beautiful location, epic sunsets, clean place and you have everything you need. We liked it so much that when we found out there are some more days available to stay here, we booked right away.

GORGEOUS view from the kitchen/living space! The guesthouse was tastefully decorated and has everything you need for a comfy stay in the Highlands. Susan and Paul are the loveliest couple who gave us the best travel recommendations in the area. They even provided free bread, condiments, and milk for breakfast!

Amazing hosts, incredible property

Everything was amazing, I could not have asked for better! I had absolutely everything I needed- and the one thing I didn’t have (a phone charger I had forgotten) Susan brought one across for me straight away. Susan and her husband were both incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure I felt safe and comfortable, checked I had settled in okay and were lovely to speak to. The accommodation itself was spotless, cosy and felt so homely even though I was travelling alone and so far away from home. There were lots of small gestures which had been thought of and I couldn’t fault anything, I could really just live in that little annexe! The bed is also incredibly comfortable. It was perfect and a great location. As a younger female travelling on my own I felt 100% safe and taken care of during my stay.

Great Accommodation & Hosts

Beautiful decor throughout and finished to a high quality. The Annexe was fully equipped with everything we needed for our short break. The hosts were extremely thoughtful and welcoming after our long drive, the Annexe even had a few provisions to keep us going. Interior stairs are not too steep and easy to manage. A lovely little reading area with a variety of books was a nice touch. The property is beside an ex-golf course, so great big grassy areas to walk the dog. There's a great view over Inverness too. Beautiful at night. We could not fault The Annexe at all, it was lovely, and the hosts were lovely too.

Just a 'heads-up' really. There no street lighting directly outside at property so it's really dark if you need to take the dog out at night, so take a torch if you.
