Stunning property. Quality from the moment you enter the private driveway. The property is immaculate. High end efficient effective facilities. Quality throughout. In floor heating. Beautifully decorated. Two full bathrooms one with a craw foot free standing tub. One with an impressive shower. Full kitchen including full sized fridge. Everything you would need should you choose to cook right down to the salt and pepper. An assortment of snacks and goodies upon your arrival. I really couldn’t say enough about the comfort and quality of the Balloan Cottage. I would without hesitation highly recommend this property.

While I appreciate the effective use of the space the upstairs bedroom could be a challenge for some less mobile guests. The sloped ceiling is challenging for a 6’ tall person.

Loved feeling at home. The coffee pods were a real welcome for my French friends as they love their coffee. The location is really accessible, even if we did need help finding the entrance. Beautifully clean. Beds were comfortable for me, but a little low to get back out of.

I really did try to write something negative, or to give constructive feedback, but I did not succeed.Well done.

Very good kitchen-well stocked and stunning little cottage situated in a quiet private location. Welcome basket was nice with snacks and the early check in was appreciated.

The upstairs bed was too firm for us side sleepers. We had to sleep ontop of the doona and use the thin fleece blankets from downstairs for warmth. All of the pillows were quite flat so we didn’t end up sleeping through the night due to discomfort. Heating kept turning off and on the middle of winter that wasn’t ideal either.
