On our arrival, having to go to the guesthouse in the city centre to collect the keys wasn't ideal, however it is only a short drive from the property. Not a huge issue overall!
The house is excellent in space and facilities. Warm and nicely decorated as well as being in a brilliant location for both the city centre and local attractions and amenities.
The cleanliness of the property was good overall, small details had been missed, but nothing too much to complain about! I would not hesitate in booking the house again for another trip to this wonderful city!!

Property was in a good location.
Was inconvenient having to go to Union Street to pick up key. It could have been left at property.
Property was not as clean as we expected especially during covid. Fridge had signs of food, freezer had marks of food and there was food left under table in kitchen. Dishwasher was not emptied for us. Overall we felt that it could have been given more careful cleaning. No welcome letter or instructions about bin recycling etc.
