Really had a lovely stay and a nice friendly host !!

Cleanliness and comfort esp reclining chairs in lounge like home from home !!! Nice quiet area near to everywhere we wanted to go to !! Parking in driveway is always a plus !!

I have been to a few place around the country and the as always been 1 or 2 issues but not here the bungalow was like a place from home and for that, I like to take this opportunity and say, thank you John.

Cosy and perfect

Very clean and thoughtfully put together. Everything worked perfectly. Cosy and comfortable house.

It's slightly out of the way if you don't have a car. Luckily we did.

Perfectly located for all my needs.

Location was peaceful within 2 mins to bus stop to city centre and I was a solid blind traveller host was very helpful and considerate if my needs. I was chewing several care homes over the few days for my elderly mother and the accomodation was central to all homes and for my appointments at hospital too. .

Absolutely perfect staying

The property was excellent and much better that I could possibly have imagined. It was very clean ,very cozy, with all facilities someone can ask on his vacation. There is absolutely nothing negative. Quite neighbourhood, peaceful place and very close to train station and not far away from the airport. I would definitely recommend this place and definitely would visit again. I should also mention the kindness of the owner John and how willing was to help us in all our needs.

Didn’t get much sleep due to the bed otherwise it was okay

The bed was very uncomfortable to the point you had springs in your back, pillows were okay, linens were not soft and felt rough

Lovely property, location was excellent, everything we needed. Easy to check in and quiet.

The bed was a small double bed not suitable for a person who is 6ft or taller, with a saggy mattress and a quilt not large enough for the bed.

A hidden gem

Well appointed, comfortable bungalow in quiet location. Lots of lovely touches including milk in the fridge and fresh flowers. Well worth the taxi fare into Inverness for your evening meal, as it gives you the chance to relax in comfort.

Perfect place to stay for solo traveller or couple. Very quiet and peaceful location.

Lovely peaceful secluded location, yet easy access to all the places I wanted to visit in Inverness by car. Owner provided map showing easy bus access if you don’t have a car. There is a lovely quiet secluded garden where I could sit in the sun and could only hear birdsong. As solo traveller, I felt very safe. Property was very clean and tidy. Owner had thought of everything you might need. Welcome note with complimentary tea and biscuits was appreciated. Owner called by to put out the wheelie bin and was very friendly and helpful. It was a real home from home, and I would definitely stay there again when visiting Inverness.

Very clean and nicely furnished bungalow. There were fresh flowers as a nice welcoming touch.

The Location suited us because it was close to family we were visiting. Very good communication with the owner, not that we had any issues. Milk in the fridge and biscuits were provided when we arrived. Kitchen fully stocked with crockery and utensils, along with pots and pans and glassware. Nice seated area at rear of the property which gets the sun in the afternoon. WiFi excellent. Bathroom stocked with soap etc. and the towels were very nice.

King size bed would have been nice rather than just a double, but that’s us just being picky.

Amazing stay! Definitely recommended!

Everything was great. The property was extremely quiet, clean, cosy, and nicely styled. We felt welcomed: the cookies, fresh flowers on the dining table, and milk in the fridge were unexpected and very nice touch. The living room is designed for proper relaxation (recliner sofa). Well supplied kitchen (incl French press coffee maker) with dishwasher (so handy). The bed was wonderfully comfortable. Easy check in. Clear instructions from John via email and on notice board in the house made everything hassle free.

Minor note: the bathroom seemed cold despite radiator being hot, but hot shower was great.

The property was immaculate. Very comfortable bed and sofas. Everything we needed and more. Supplied a shower mat which is not the norm. Lovely touch having tea, coffee, biscuits and milk left for our use. Would highly recommend

gorgeous little property! it had everything we needed and was a fantastic change to the hotels we’d been in up until we got to Inverness. we were able to take a break from our travels, with a comfortable lounge room, cook ourselves some meals instead of eating out and do some washing. would highly recommend!

A fantastic place to put up your feet and relax

Host was there to meet guests-very friendly and helpful. Immaculate house and everything you need for a comfortable stay was provided. If you don’t want to drive, the bus stop is just a few yards away - jump on the bus to get down to town centre. Lovely quiet neighbourhood for tranquil stay

There were only a couple of things needed - hardly worth mentioning. Couple hooks to hang wet coats upon entering the property and somewhere to put boots too. The boiler does make some noise but as it’s located through in the kitchen it’s unlikely to disturb sleep.
