The hosts were at the reception desk which is right at the entrance. They were very warm and friendly and took us right up to our cabin. The cabin/lodge itself was very spacious and CLEAN and had all amenities - Oven, microwave, cutlery, crockery, pots and pans, mini fridge, big sofa with tons of cushions, handwash in bathroom, toilet paper, kitchen roll, dishwash liquid, even a mini broom! The bed on the lower level was cleverly folded up against the wall and was already made. There was a bed/mattress on the attic which again was made, very clean, with sufficient pillows and all bedding. There were also plenty of windows in the lodge so it was airy. The bathroom was very clean with lots of fluffy white towels. The lodge itself is located in a very nice location - there is a Scotmid Co-op just a 15-min walk away, and the city centre is just a 30-min walk away. It's right by the beautiful Caledonian canal, and the Inverness botanical gardens are also very closeby. The hosts also helped us to get taxis when one of our pre-booked tours cancelled. There is also a place for food right at the entrance where you can grab a warm breakfast, lunch or dinner, and there is also the Beefeater pub just there too. Highly recommend this property to anyone!

Have stayed in a similar lodge before, and we keen to stay in another. The lodge was spotlessly clean, with everything we needed for a long weekend. Its big, yet cosy enough. We stayed as a family of 3, so we had plenty of room. The beds were super comfy, glasses, cutlery plates etc provided as well as working amenities inc microwave.
Located around 20-30 minute walk into the city centre of Inverness, easy enough to find on a straight walk however is quite dark and lonely at night.
next door to a beefeater and bar which we enjoyed.
the on site food stall was great, we used most mornings for breakfast and loved it!
the full park cannot be faulted, we found it to be clean, well equipped and the staff were there if required.
we would definitely be back, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the lodge
The only thing was that we could have used a few more pillows and wish we had brought more for comfort. however some users may prefer less.
