Highly recommend, excellent stay for a group of 4.

Good location, walking distance to Inverness centre. It had all mods and cons in kitchen, plenty of sockets, quiet terrace at back. Very easy access & friendly host.

The glass window in bath doesn’t seal properly and had to keep towel on floor to soak up water that fell out.

Comfortable two bedroom apartment

Spacious comfortable apartment. Quiet neighbourhood. Very quick response to messages. Well equipped kitchen including washing machine and dryer.

Narrow double bed in smaller room. Shower over bath with high sides difficult for one member of our party.

Feedback

It was good to have a kitchen and lounge area compared to individual hotel rooms. Both were well set up and comfortable. Great to have a washing machine and dryer.

There were squeaky floors throughout and squeaky bed in main bedroom. Lino in kitchen is buckled - needs re-stretching. Outdoor area needs a facelift - it is a bonus to have it there but not currently an inviting space to use. Suggest that a towel rail plus hooks on back of door be added to the bathroom. A mirror in the second bedroom would also be a worthwhile addition. Suggest that previous tenants food isn’t left in fridge/cupboard even if still in date. A clean space is preferable. Most probably not within the owners scope but the whole complex looks run-down from the outside so doesn’t provide a first good impression. Has a bit of a council housing look to it (which possibly it is) so didn’t live up to the “modern” advertising although the interior had been updated.

Sadly, we did not sleep well. New bed required/noisy floors boards.

Well equipped flat Warm, had everything we needed for the short stay. Nice to watch movies at the end of the day. It was good of the owner to let us into flat earlier than stipulated time as we had driven through snow and it was freezing outside.

The large double bed made a lot of noise every time we turned over. It creaked so much I am sure the neighbors heard it. This as well as the noise made by the floor creaking each time one of us got out of bed. My husband went through to the other bed it was just too noisy. Black out blinds or curtains would help a lot as the lights from the street were very bright when the room lights were turned off. The bin/refuse area outside was a complete mess. It needs to be addressed by the owners or the renters. Huge amount of seagulls on the roof of the other flats. Maybe its them that are making the mess? Who knows but it was not great from an outside view.

Really lovely flat, well decorated and cosy. Nice garden area.

Very minor grumble was that the beds were a little bit soft, but that's a personal thing. I slept like a log still!

Great for a family stay

It was clean and reasonably equipped with a washing machine and tumbler. The bathroom is great - it is quite big. there is sufficient room for clothes etc.

The main light bulbs were too weak (except for the bathroom). A dishwasher would be great but not a deal breaker for us.

Excellent Accommodation, Immaculately Clean

Immaculately clean and extremely well presented. The owner had made a lot of effort to leave us ample basic supplies like dishwasher liquid, washing detergent, sugar, tea , coffee etc etc etc. With a 4 year old in tow and a long road trip from London this came in very handy. The property is very well kept, tidy and centrally located to the town centre and basic amenities like food and stores. 2 large bedrooms with king size beds and ample supply of blankets and towels. Large kitchen and a Bathroom with were well stocked and immaculately clean. Huge bonus was the Netflix and YouTube on the TV. Completely enjoyed my stay at the property and worth every penny. I totally recommend this to anyone travelling with a child as the accommodation came with a working washer and dryer ... CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN :)

Very enjoyable base to spend a weekend in Inverness Christmas Shopping with the family

Very clean and comfy. Stefan was an exceptional host. Excellent communication and the wee bottle of bubbly on arrival was a great touch. Well appointed kitchen with all the essentials. Parking is also excellent on site, we had two cars and there was loads of space, never used the cars all weekend, parked up and enjoyed the trip.

Nothing really, perhaps a bit outside the centre but that's not a criticism just a fact of the location. For us the short walk in for dinner and back was a actually a bonus.

Great place to stay, nice and quiet plenty of parking space and superb value for money.

Nothing of note, if i was being utterly pedantic the wifi signal in bedroom was weak but that coudl be fixed by having a booster in hall but wouldn't stop me staying again.

Lovey house

We had a great stay the house was lovely and clean. Lovely good size bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living room. Decent back garden with nice table and chairs.

We had a great stay but I did have trouble sleeping at night because it needs black out blinds or curtains as too much light was coming into bedrooms. Needs bigger shower head in bathroom but a good shower non the less.

Very clean and comfortable, modern interiors. Easy to walk into town. The canal runs just behind the property and there’s a football pitch and basketball court so worth taking a ball.

Clean and comfy apartment

Clean and comfy apartment, with easy access to Inverness Airport. We had great communication from our host, Stefan, and getting the keys from the lockbox was very easy. Nice flat - rooms are all a good size, and the beds are very comfy.

The neighbours in the flat above were quite noisy.
