The beds are very comfortable..Though no toiletries were provided, the host Catriona gave us shower gel and shampoo upon request and even offered us late check-out. This apartnent is very cozy and perfect for us. We enjoyed our stay here very much

Amazing stay by Loch Ness

Catriona was so lovely, the accommodation had everything we needed and more! Pots, pans and cooking utensils, even board games, magazines of the local area and books on local wildlife. Anything that we didn't she was more than happy to help. There is a shop close by and the views of the Loch from the house are delightful. There's lots of walking routes. It was easy to get to. Comfortable, clean and cozy. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay, would definitely go again!

Good location

Liked the river at back, the location was ideal base for accessing Inverness town centre. Owner lived next door and was very helpful.

Couldn't access the river walk from back of property due to overgrowth of weeds (this is not part of the property). The surrounding area was off putting by caravans (not a holiday park). Property could benefit having a rotary clothes dryer in garden to dry clothes when you had the weather

River Ness view is a fantastic place to stay in Inverness

River Ness view is in a fantastic location, it's ideal for sightseeing in the surrounding areas and also perfect for visiting the town centre as well, our 2 Cocker spaniels loved the garden and all the nearby dog walks too. The apartment was in a very quiet area and the views of the river were amazing! We will definitely return as the apartment had everything we could have wanted for our stay and Catriona the owner was very helpful and pleasant too.

Great wee place.

Everything Even named the resident pheasant who makes an appearance practically every day George. The view of the river was great. Right next to Tesco and Asda is practically on the doorstep as well. Rollerbowl Ten Pin Bowling centre is right across and next to the high school which is literally on the doorstep as well.

Superb property, location and hosts

The door was left unlocked on arrival to collect the keys which made it nice and simple(very secure location) we also met with the owners who were extremely friendly and helpful. This was hands down one of the best stays we have had. We took my Mum who didn't want to leave! The view from the living room over the river was breath taking. The little extras like logs and kindling for the fire made it extra special. The hosts were extremely friendly and were on hand if we needed them. Although this is an annex property, you felt like you was in the middle of no where, extremely peaceful and relaxing. and no noise apart from the sound of the river! Cant recommended this property enough, will be going back for another visit for sure. Thank you for having us!

It's an amazing experience staying at this property. Close enough to town but was far enough to be in the country. Catriona was amazingly welcoming. It was clean and there was good water pressure in the shower. The kitchen was well stocked as well.

Lovely riverside apartment

Location on the bank of the River Ness was lovely. It was dog friendly and our doggy loved the outside spaces. Easy access to Riverside walks. Good views of the river and wildlife The accommodation was ideal, nicely laid out and very clean and comfortable.

Fantastic Family and Pet Friendly Accommodation with Amazing Views and Host

The owner, Catriona, was quick to answer any questions we had before arriving and was on-site to welcome us when we arrived and showed us around. The accommodation was perfect. All on the level for my disabled Mom. There was a lovely garden for my Daughter and dogs to play in. There was everything we needed in the accommodation. We were located overlooking a beautiful river with lovely views. The accommodation was nicely presented and very clean. Ot was close to local attractions as well as shops. Catriona was happy to accommodate our furbies. Catriona is the best hostess we have ever had, and we have booked and stayed with in many locations with Booking.com both in the UK and internationally. We will definitely be returning and would highly recommend this place.

Fantastic......like your home from home and the location is perfect, you're in the countryside but have a Tesco on your doorstep!....we even had deer outside our bedroom window! The cottage was so comfortable and plenty big enough for a family of four or four adults. Great little garden area, we took our border terrier and he gave it a thumbs up as well, overlooking river Ness.....perfect.

A sign on the gate that we were to use to access the property would have helped as we arrived in the dark we couldn't quite make out where we were to go. A larger main bed in the other bedroom would have been a better arrangement.

Very enjoyable stay

Very comfortable stay, and dog friendly too. Great enclosed garden, and fabulous river view from the lounge.

Arrived in the dark/pouring rain and it really wasn’t obvious how to get into the rental. We ended up in the owners garden, embarrassing to disturb them so late, however they were very helpful! Maybe some better lighting/reflective signage would be helpful. ( The gate to the property is at the far right, walk down a fenced path to the right of the main house. A motion sensor light comes on about half way down the path)

Superb

The property was well appointed and immaculate, boasting stunning views across the river Ness. It was so tranquil despite being minutes away from a large supermarket. The owner was absolutely lovely and couldn't be more helpful. We would definitely come back to stay.

The only downside was the check in time; we couldn't check in until 4pm and as standard, check out time was 11am. The owner did advise us that we could check out later, which we didn't take her up on as we'd already made morning plans. Would be nice to see a check in time of 2pm in future.

Great well looked after house located in a beautiful quite area alongside the River Ness.

Great little house in a beautiful location next to the River Ness. All the space we needed with a separate bedroom for our two children. Easy onsite parking and good location just outside of Inverness. We really enjoyed our stay.
