The cottage was warm and snug and well appointed. Perfect to come back to after a day out in wintry weather! The bed was comfortable. There was a perfectly enclosed dog friendly garden for the pup to run around in. The river was just outside the garden. It was lovely to watch the river flow by, and there was a beautiful riverside walk from the cottage.
At times I could hear traffic noise from the main road

Liked the river at back, the location was ideal base for accessing Inverness town centre. Owner lived next door and was very helpful.
Couldn't access the river walk from back of property due to overgrowth of weeds (this is not part of the property). The surrounding area was off putting by caravans (not a holiday park).
Property could benefit having a rotary clothes dryer in garden to dry clothes when you had the weather
