The place was very cosy, clean, spacious and everything was really handy for us, we could have a beautiful rest there. We also loved the location, the closeness of the riverside, the Ness Islands and city centre.

The location was brilliant for us. Easy walk to Eden Court, restaurants and shops. We were also down for the Baxters festival of running at Bught Park so also fab for this.
The place could do with a second pass with a paint brush in the bathroom but otherwise lovely flat.

The property is perfect for a one night stay if you plan to eat out and not to self cater as there was very little in the kitchen. Well located in the city centre, convenient for the theatre. Very clean also perfect if you like a fairly firm bed
Not enough kitchen implements, eg no cafetière, knives, scissors, decent sized pan etc. we were not able to cook anything. Would be easy to rectify
