About this apartment rental

This is a light an airy ground floor flat with good fresh décor. There is a rear garden with garden seating, ideal for al-fresco dining. There is a Double bedroom and a large living room with bed sofa. There is a well Equipped Kitchen with dining area. The property has both a bath and a shower. The property is all on one floor with its own main entrance and private rear garden. The property is within walking distance of excellent facilities including supermarkets, chemist and bar/restaurants. Its also very close to the River Ness, Eden Court and the city centre a 10 minute walk away. Bus and train station are both 10 minutes walk away. Ideal location for holiday or business stay. Parking is available outside the flat between 6pm and 8am and with a parking permit out with this times, which can be found in the flat.

Just a small house . Older but refurbished. Very cozy with a garden in the back to hang your laundry. We walked to the river ness almost everyday which was close. Tesco & Aldi for groceries and restrauants ,were in walking distance.

The property is on a busy road, and has on street parking. However, do not be worried, the windows are soundproofed and the parking is a breeze with the permit. The house itvself is very contained but homely. We used it as a base for touring north and also over to Lossiemouth arra, it was perfect. Tour the dsy park the car and walk to dinner/drink. The facilities and decor is great and is as described and photos in the post. I would recommend this homefor a stsy and Fiona was great to deal wiyh. Thank you.

Nice clean well equipped apartment. Fiona was very helpful when we were unsure about parking on the street. The place was very convenient for all our sightseeing in the area. Only complaint was the description and pictures referenced a red front door. The door was turquoise blue. Confusing.

Wonderful little flat close to shops, grocery stores and dining. It had easy on street parking and we never had an issue of finding a spot. It was a tad noisy due to being on a busy street but traffic noise subsided at night. Fiona was very responsive to all of my inquiries. I would definitely stay here again!

From the moment we opened door we were excited about our choice to stay here. Plenty of room for the 3 of us with large suitcases. Heating, lighting, bedding, bathroom and kitchen were all perfect and felt like home. Highly recommend 👌

We couldn’t be happier with how easy staying here was. Just a short walk to the city center and a convenience store just minutes away. It was quiet and private. We didn’t have a chance to use the garden, but it was lovely! We took a cab to the property, but easily walked to the train station when departing. There is a launderette just around the corner as well. This is all you could ever need, cute, cosy, and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Perfect for anyone who wants easy walking access to Inverness City Center. Virtually everything is less than a 15 minute walk away and located in a safe neighborhood. The flat included everything we needed for our stay and we really appreciated the pods for the washing machine. Great lighting for me to embroider in also. The refrigerator was small but it was adequate for our needs. The bed was comfy. There was a nice little garden for relaxing in, if the weather had been more cooperative. If we were ever to be in Inverness again, we would definitely stay with Fiona.

So glad we found this warm, clean and comfortable flat. Three of us so one had the sofa bed which, for 2 nights in such a handy location, was absolutely fine. Comfortable double bed. We opened the door and let out a celebratory cheer! The rooms were large and bright and we had a full apartment! The bed was comfortable, shower had pressure and lots of hot water, couch was a futon suitable for extra guests but, for us, was a lovely spot to sit and read by the electric fireplace. Our host left a few helpful instructions , hand-written on cheery cards. We could have spent a month here, nestled in a neighbourhood of vacation rentals, walking distance to downtown restaurants and live music. The whole experience was charming and inviting - a lovely introduction to Inverness.

This was a VERY comfortable flat so close to city center. Our Hairy Coo tour dropped us at Inverness Cathedral and we walked 5 blocks to the flat. All accommodations were spot on. The shower had fantastic water pressure! Although there is only one bath there are plenty of mirrors in other rooms to facilitate getting ready while others shower. Very short walk to shops and restaurants!

We stayed in this flat for a month and had a very lovely stay! It is comfortable, well furnished and the location is perfect. It's within walking distance of several great cafes and restaurants (Grain and Grind for coffee is a must!), as well as things to do. About 10 minutes from the city center, but in a very quiet neighborhood. If you have a car, street parking is very easy to accomplish. Fiona is very accommodating and absolutely lovely! She is very welcoming and supportive of her guests. We traveled with our 8-year-old, who also really enjoyed the apartment. It's very kid-friendly, with enough space to play inside and out.

Extremely clean well-appointed flat, less than 10 min walk to centre. Kitchen very well equipped, good wifi. Very comfortable, only minor trick was hot-cold reversal in bath taps and slightly tricky shower.
