The property had everything that it said it did and looked exactly like in the photos. Small, cozy, in a very quiet neighborhood a half-hour walk away from downtown. Both the bed and the sofa bed were comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and eat at home. The hosts replied to messages quickly and politely. Overall, it was very enjoyable. Everything you need to get some rest before heading out the next day.
The floors squeak, and the sounds travel throughout the property. This is only really an issue at night when going to the toilet. And you can hear people quite loudly from the attached main house through the wall/door, but we lucked out with having people there only our last night. The check-in/security deposit service they use really tries to put the fear of God into you and can be quite tedious. There were some issues with the wifi being slow as well, so I primarily used mobile data.

Ok, if you’re looking for the perfect base of operations in Inverness, this is it. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood and it did always have a parking space available just in front. It’s super clean and the washer was much appreciated. Downtown in just a 8 minute drive away. Well equipped. The registration process is a little cumbersome but works.
Front yard was not well kept and someone had thrown a bottle in the yard (which we picked up). Don’t let that bother you….the apartment is nice! The registration process is too involved.

Everything was just right for us! Comfy bed, nice hot shower, cooking facilities if you wanted to cook, and in a nice quiet area of Inverness.
